      Help Support the BFF   09/08/2016

Help Support the BFF by purchasing a premium membership. Premium members are directly supporting our forum and our ability to keep it up and running. Without this vital resource and our all volunteer staff, we would not be able to sustain a web presence. The annual access fee allows us to maintain server space, renew software subscriptions, purchase new apps that benefit our members or ease efforts for staff and so forth.   The cost is $20.00 (US) per year- per membership, about $1.66 per month. In the future, an alternative may be a members only forum, as a way to continue the forum's funding source. I'm sure most of us would prefer that not be the case. If you are currently enjoying the content you read here then I urge you to Thank the Premium Members and to consider joining in support of the BFF. It's the only way we will continue to provide the current level of content access.    Please follow the below link for all the details: http://bigfootforums.com/index.php?/topic/30015-important-news-premium-access-memberships-are-now-available/   Best Regards, masterbarber Director, BFF

  1. In response to MIB's question: 1) Charles Darwin is one example of a naturalist. nat·u·ral·ist (năch′ər-ə-lĭst, năch′rə-) n. 1. One versed in natural history, especially in zoology or botany. 2. One who believes in and follows the tenets of naturalism. 2) I cite the Cascades Carnivore Project as an example of naturalists doing in depth studies in an alledgedly squatch rich environment In response to MIB's question: 1) Charles Darwin is one example of a naturalist. Steve Irwin is another example. nat·u·ral·ist (năch′ər-ə-lĭst, năch′rə-) n. 1. One versed in natural history, especially in zoology or botany. 2. One who believes in and follows the tenets of naturalism. 2. The woods are full of naturalists that study the very areas that supposedly have bigfoot populations. Any one of them would love to document a new species of insect..... A 9ft 1000lbs North American squatch would be second only to the discovery of the Galapogos Islands.
  3. The Erickson Project was exposed when the photo of Matilda, that claimed to show a clear picture of bigfoot, was shown to be nothing more that a Chewbacca mask. Claims are that Erickson was duped by footers for some $600,000. I believe Moneymaker is on record as holding up Matilda as genuine and the picture that lead to his claims of bigfoot having a dog type nose. I believe that the project Bodhi referenced was the ill fated Falcon Project which was championed by Dr. Meldrum.
  4. Looks like a cameraman who knew he was in danger of being caught on film.
  5. If I am not mistaken there was a Ronnie Smith that posted here a long long time ago on BFF 1.
  6. ^ Where can I find the documentation of the "Khwit" skull that is not on a crypto website? Thanks in advance.
  7. What are helicopters and cameras going to give us that we dont already have!!!!?? Crazy. Thanks for sharing. I had no idea that sort of money was being thrown around. But aviation is expensive. Rapid response for one. Urgency is one thing footers don't seem to be interested in. If Peter Byrne and his backers had urgency? They would have been pro - kill. So you race out there with a helo and take a top down PGF video with prop wash blowing dust and tree tops around? And then present it to science with a cherry on top? Sure The outcome is predictable. It doesnt matter how fast you respond......if your not commited to collected physical evidence? Epic Fail. Another failure in a long list for sure. Hopefully someone will get it right during my lifetime.

  9. Interesting also that Franzoni created at least 1 published paper regarding the search. To scoff at his work is to shows incredible naivety.
  10. http://www.bigfootencounters.com/interviews/franzoni.htm $5,000,000 grant to Byrne in 1993. Slick was long gone.
  11. University grant for bigfoot. Nothing, zero, ziltch. Footers try to argue whether it was used effectively but it can't be argued that serious $$ were granted and spent. Henri Franzoni became a para-squatcher due to the fact that they looked so hard and found nothing. He put heaps of faith in Indian lore.
  12. ^ Byrne got millions of financing.
  13. Peter Byrne got $5 million to search for bigfoot.
  14. No human could move like that, the arms are too long to be human so it must be a squatch. ;-)
