Would you guys consider this to be a hoax?

 

When someone presents a phony Bigfoot encounter as being the truth, they're deliberately trying to fool people into believing that the Bigfoot encounter was real. To me that equates a hoax.

 

I question why people are even discussing it. It's just a picture of trees.

The question is not about the picture itself, OS. It's about the differing claims of how the picture was obtained. I can't understand why the distinction is so difficult to understand.

I didn't think it was a big deal either, until I was attacked for simply offering my opinion of what it might be. Then the red flags went up and I wondered why he would go to that extreme to defend a picture. He apparently wants people to believe that he had a real Bigfoot encounter, even if he has to lie about it. The motive behind that is anyone's guess.

Gomshoeye is defending it as if he is the one who took the pic. I certainly hope that's not the case because there is nothing of value in the picture. To assume that there is something worth looking into in the image is wishful thinking at best...
