Do you possibly have a link to these pics?

I will do even better, the pics themselves:

I just grabbed some quick pics of these and a random website. Use the search engine of your choice for more info.

I know the Logan Canyon pic is very distant, however I saw somewhere that they did a comparison with a man, and the man was much smaller than the original creature. However, I do not seem to be able to find at the moment. At least I think it was this incident.

The documentary originally aired with unblinking eyes? When I first saw his documentary I desperately wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Especially since legitimate researchers such as Jeff Meldrum, John Bindernagle, and Les Stroud vouched for him. But it seems more and more likely that Todd Standing hoaxed at least some of his material.

He may have done some legitimate research, and he may even have had some real encounters. But hoax any evidence even once in my opinion, then the researcher needs to be written off and ostracized from the Bigfoot Community.

1) Add hair, take away hair. Does this look like a real creature to you? Does it look like Patty? Or does it look like a muppet?

2) This photo looks convincing. Of course it very conspicuously does this slow eye blink. Either way? Does it look like the same species as the muppet head?

Boiled down to brass tacks? Standings hoaxing show progression. Like watching planet of the apes in the 70’s or Star Trek in the 60’s versus watching modern spin-offs. The ships and the costumes look better right? Unfortunately for Standing nature doesn’t work that way.

Those pictures are intriguing.  Thank you for posting these.  I recall seeing the second picture quite a few years ago now when I was still an undergraduate in college.  It always struck me as being potentially authentic.

My wife got in contact with Standing via Face Book (I don't do social media).  We had the idea after watching his documentary and reading a refutation of his photographs on Squatch Detective.  Apparently he takes interested participants out on expeditions into the  Alberta wilderness.  Probably for a substantial fee I would imagine.

It’s your money and your time. I fully believe in people making their own choices. And no doubt about it? He is going to show you some stellar country!

LOL!  I wouldn't pay for a trip to Muppetville.  But Alberta would certainly be prime Bigfoot territory.  Granted there is not a lot of sightings reports, but I would think that is only due to a relative lack of people to report them.

Im not sure. That’s a rough place for a 800 lbs primate with no tools and no fire to make a living. I would place my bet on the coast and it’s temperate rainforests.

I live right below them basically and half way between Seattle and Calgary. And it’s pretty rough here too. I haven’t came up with a logical explanation for what they do in winter.

The vast majority of credible sightings do seem to be from the coastal areas of the Pacific Northwest.  The most likely explanation for what Sasquatches do during the winter is that they migrate to warmer areas, or otherwise den up somewhere.  I'm not saying they hibernate per say, but it is possible that they have some sort of winter nesting area where they store food, are largely protected from the elements, and remain there the majority of the time.  It is certainly something to look into. If such a nesting area could be found during the winter the animal would cease to be a cryptid and quickly enter the realm of biological reality.  Albert Ostman for instance mentioned he was taken to a rocky outcropping where the family of Sasquatches lived. Such an area would perhaps provide sufficient shelter during the cold season.

I like that "Wallace" photo!

I have always been intrigued with this one, even though Wallace has credibility issues. There is something about it, and I have never been able to put my finger on it or identify it, that just speaks to me. I am with Wooley in that if you hoax once, regardless of what else you have done for the community or evidence found, you have lost all credibility with me and everything that you do is very suspect...at best. I tend to ignore stuff from those folks no matter how compelling it is. Which is why I have some turmoil with this one as I am violating my own standards. I have heard people say that this one has been debunked, but never do I recall anyone actually presenting any proof of that....just that it was.

Thanks!

I have seen the Hovey photo before, but didn't know what it was called.

The Beast of Seven Chutes picture has always fascinated me.

The frame gives me the impression that it's a double exposure. At least tht's what it looks like to me.

I have never seen a technical analysis of it, so that could be true.

I've never seen this one before and it is certainly looks like an apelike creature but something doesn't quite sit right with me about the angles of where the creature is sat.

It seems like one of those optical illusions where it's hard to tell is the creature sat facing away from us to the left so we see it's back or is it facing towards us to the left so we see it's front crouched over??
