  2. A lifelong local from Oregon’s Lolo Pass and Mt. Hood region shares what people in the area have been seeing, hearing, and quietly talking about for decades. In this episode of Bigfoot Society, she takes us deep into the back roads around Lolo Pass, Lost Lake, Brightwood, Ramona Falls, and the surrounding Mt. Hood forests. She describes a childhood sighting in the late 1990s, strange activity along remote forest roads, massive human-like prints reported on vehicles, unexplained whoops, rocks being thrown, trees and branches being manipulated, and encounters with mysterious lights locals call “wisps.” Then she shares what happened at her own riverfront property in June 2026. Late one night, a whoop rang out near the house. A tree came down. Her dogs went into high alert. Near an enormous cedar, she and her friends spotted a massive figure watching them from the darkness. What happened after she confronted it ended with a wet river rock landing on her deck. You'll also hear local stories surrounding the “Man of the Ridge” above a Brightwood rock quarry, reports from hikers around Ramona Falls, experiences along the area's power-line corridors, stories passed down by old-time loggers, and more. This is an unusually detailed look at Bigfoot reports from someone who has spent her life in the Mt. Hood region and grew up hearing the stories that circulate among the people who live there. Listen through to the end. The deeper the conversation goes, the stranger the Lolo Pass stories become. 📖 Follow Jeremiah's cancer health updates here: https://www.caringbridge.org/site/569ef3d3-68be-11f1-8790-97fdfd2bbc64 🗣️ Share Your Story Had a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience? 8. Tonight I will be speaking to Derek Condit, an author, researcher, psychic intuitive, inventor, U.S. Army veteran, and former Washington State correctional officer. Based in the Pacific Northwest, Derek explores the fascinating intersection of documented history, eyewitness testimony, unexplained phenomena, folklore, and personal experience. His work examines the stories and events that challenge our understanding of the world around us. Derek is the creator of The Triangle Series, a collection of books investigating regions associated with unusual activity including UFO encounters, Bigfoot and cryptid sightings, paranormal experiences, unexplained lights, historic mysteries, and other events that defy easy explanation. His approach is open minded and story-driven. Rather than dismissing experiences simply because they fall outside conventional understanding, Derek allows witnesses to share their stories and examines the possibilities surrounding what they encountered. His interest in the unexplained is also deeply personal. Derek has experienced unexplained phenomena firsthand, including a Bigfoot encounter in Washington State. As Derek explains: "My connection to these subjects is also deeply personal. Both my 87-year-old father, a former NSA agent, and I have had our own Bigfoot encounters. Mine occurred in Washington State, while his took place in Northern California." Derek's 16 years as a Washington State correctional officer also provided him with numerous unusual experiences. Some occurred inside the Washington State Reformatory, while others took place during night-shift assignments outside the prison. These firsthand encounters, combined with years of research, have shaped Derek's unique perspective on the unexplained. BFF Poll

Well definitely the discussions are a big part of it, as its always great to bounce ideas and get opinions and critiques, asking questions, even if sasquatch don't look like a shaved bear. I like the paranormal section, and I've yet to access the tarpit, but heck I couldn't even say how many years I've been coming here posting my own crazy ideas, hypothesesiz, answers/solutions, approach, long winded replies that might seem nearly rational at the outset, but then kinda veer off to something about generalist omnivores in the Pleistocene, and how wood tools work just fine when you can bench press a tractor, and sometimes even try my hand at Bigfoot humor, sometimes to make or illustrate a point, other times not so much. But gosh, you guys, after all these years we're nearly family! Sure some of has might be that grumpy uncle we seat at the other table, but still! Hey anybody here from Aunt Sasfooty lately?

Reclamation continues! Unfortunately the fencing crews got too far over their skis. And have fenced us out of a bunch of dozer line. I explained I was a rancher and if they got me some splicing wire, fencing pliers and a fencing stretcher it would be zero problem to re cut the fence and get in and fix the dozer line and repair it on the way out.👍 They seem to be pleased with us. I hope we stay busy til snow flies.

    Excellent interview, Daniel!
  26. Tonight’s guest, Sean Patterson, is a United States Army veteran who has had a multitude of Sasquatch sightings and experiences. Those experiences haven’t been confined to just one area, either. He’s had them all over the country. Some of his sightings have amounted to little more than fleeting glimpses, while others have been prolonged encounters where he was close enough to touch them. A Sasquatch even touched his face one time! After having so many experiences with Sasquatch, it would be easy to assume that Sean would be at ease around them by now. If you thought that, though, you’d be wrong. Even after everything he’s experienced, when he interacts with them, he still gets worked up. On tonight’s show, Sean is going to walk you through the experiences he’s had with them over the years. Some of those experiences were amazing. Others, not so much. Regardless, we hope you’ll tune in and listen to Sean share them. If you've had at least one Sasquatch sighting and would like to be a guest on the show, please go to BigfootEyewitness.com and let me know. I'd love to hear from you.
