🥁💥 He will be here all week folks! 🐻 I changed the batteries even though it’s on the solar charger….. seems to have helped. No teeth marks and no high mount position. You would get one ground shot, two horizon shots and 3 tree/sky shots. So it’s gotta be level and at the height you want it. And I bought the pole mount. (To my amazement they do sell a tree mount for a 360 camera……making it a standard trail camera.🫠) I did catch a small Moose recently.

Any teeth marks? Some plastics emit formic acid which is found in bee hives and ant hills. Bears and anteaters tune into the off gassing. You don't have to worry about anteaters but bears will be interested since bee hives with honey production will have an inviting colony smell. Have you tested a 'high mount' position? Oh well, just grin and bear it.

The runner was faster in the documentary. Yes. But that doesn’t bother me. The sprinter would have been faster than Patty as well. I do remember the sprinter having problems with the terrain and didn’t do it on one take. And he didn’t do it in a costume either. Not a apples to apples comparison. And the subject in the memorial film DID do it quickly, didn’t fall, and was in full ape man attire. Take that for what you will. Again for me? It’s that peaked head. And Bill Munns talked about how hard it is to replicate a mask that a human head can fit into.

The term "Jersey Devil" was used in a few articles prior to this one, but those referred to the licentious atmospheres of northern New Jersey and the Jersey Shore or to the brutal kidnapping of a young girl. This article - from a Montana newspaper recycling what was printed in the New York Sun - is the first I found calling a creature the Jersey Devil. It was published in The Butte (MT) Weekly Miner on February 2, 1893.

After being exhibited throughout the United States, Julia Pastrana traveled overseas and was displayed as a "nondescript" as reported in the first story, from The Era of London, England on January 3, 1858. She reached Moscow (which is fairly remarkable for the 1850s) as reported in the Belfast News-Letter of Belfast, Northern Ireland on June 5, 1858. Several papers used extremely harsh language in describing Miss Pastrana, implying that she was unfit to be alive. The third (long) article, from The Hobart Town (Australia) Daily Mercury on Friday, June 25, 1858, was much more gracious.

The runner easily ran faster than the 'Bigfoot' in the film. I must be reading this wrong. Are you saying you are under the impression the 'Bigfoot' ran FASTER (?) than the elite sprinter? It didn't. If 'Bigfoot' ran faster than the elite runner there would be little doubt to me this must have been animal and no man in a suit. The runner wasn't even in a suit but running clothes. Now the fact the runner ran faster than the 'Bigfoot' could mean 1) it is a hoaxing man in a suit or 2) It could still be Bigfoot just that Bigfoot cannot outrun the Elite runner. If you are basing this Solely on the incorrect assumption the figure ran faster than the elite runner that is a mistake. Based on other reasons fine. I have not watched the Discovery Channel or whatever on this in years, but I remember the main point. The runner easily ran faster. That is my memory of it anyway. I could have remembered it wrong. Anyone to clarify?

I agree with what has been said about this blurry image and how it does not work well with this sort of analysis. I like PDNA analysis that TT developed but it does not work with this blurry of an image. So we have a subject that ran faster than a Univ. of Washington college athlete across a mountainside with great stride and great acuity, while wearing a big suit (not available at Walmart). And was running high up where nobody would get a good view of it even if they happened to see it. I want to know who these hoaxers are. I conclude that the MD footage was not a hoax.

I got out today for a spring bear hunt, got skunked, but had a very nice day in the mountains NE of Boston Bar, in the Fraser Canyon area. The only game I spotted was a few grouse, which aren't open in the spring, of course. There was some fresh bear scat on my chosen trail, but no bruins in sight. My planned loop route turned into an in 'n' out when I found a large rock slide across several hundred metres of the road about 16 km in. Still a good day in some great country, and beautiful spring weather, so I came home refreshed.

I see the same head shape. The creature up in Washington does appear smaller. Peaked head and heavy brow ridge.

Let me start by saying flat out I never felt this MD Footage was real and always thought it was a hoax. I do have to defend it on TT's analysis: TT's blow-up-skeleton analysis is trying to squeeze too much out of the blurry, ill-defind image. It is asking too much out of the availible image. If the image was pretty well defined then any overlay might be OK. I agree with TT's comments how the figure just happens to run by an open field on a busy holiday full of people. This is not expected for a reclusive, smart animal. Yet, sometimes that is exactly what happens in real life. A good consideration but that is not absolute. People have nature sightings and often have them because the animal in question does come out into the open usually moving into hiding shortly after. I remember seeing this on Discovery/ They correctly asked Q about the very end of the run where it seems the figure lifted a mask off its head. Maybe or maybe not. That makes more sense then having to squeeze out reasons like the idea of the Bigfoot lifting a child bigfoot off the back. TT's deserves credit for trying but it doesn't seem like it is a fair test.

The eyes and the mouth look decidedly different to me. But, yeah, that pic of two Bigfeet peeking over a fence lattice never really worked for me. Although, I do hope I never see anything like that in person! lol

I don't see the 'perfect fit' with a human skeleton that thunker sees. And, I don't 'finally know that this is some dude or a gal in a monkey suit' based on that analysis. Is Bigfoot highly intelligent? Do we know that it wouldn't run across a clearing? Too many people are trying to speculate what Bigfeet are, what they are not and what they would or would not ever do, imo.

I always thought the skull shape was similar to Patty. If its a fake?👏

Ryan writes "I'm sending this email because I spoke with my daughter many times about her experience in WV on our 30acre property next to my sisters 30acre property, so between us 60acres. Emmy decided she wanted to tell you what she experienced outside of telling me her dad. Emmy is 13 yrs old now and when she had her experience she was 7 maybe 8 years old with my memory. When she was little, maybe 5, I taught her how to build a fire in the fire pit(stones stacked in a circle) next to our house close to the wood line next to the hay fields. The night she had her experience she started a fire with me and we were hanging out. She had built a fort with blankets and with some camp chairs and we were watching the fire. I told her I had to run inside and use the bathroom and get a snack/drink keep an eye on the fire, I'll be right back. After going inside and using the bathroom, grabbing a bag of potato chips and drink, I was at the back porch door and Emmy was there trying to open the door and crying upset. I opened the door and she was crying very scared and I asked what happened. She told me there was something very large and tall and dark in the wood line watching her next to big pine tree while she was watching the fire. She told me she looked multiple times thinking it was her imagination but she thought it would go away but it didn't and then she realized it was real and she got really scared, when she got the back steps maybe 100ft from the fire the tears and uncontrollable crying hit her. That's when I met her at the back door almost immediately as I was headed back outside. I asked her to show me where she saw the figure and the leaves on the ground next to the big pine where flat. Not like the other leaves like something had laid down on them or stood on them if it was really big. Not the same as the other leaves in the woods around that particular point. No footprints, just flat leaves. I looked up and there was a broken pine branch about 8ft. I'm 6'3" and my arm outstretched above my head couldn't touch the broken limb. Anyway, we went to bed that night and Emmy calmed down and told me what she saw and I told her it's ok I believe you. She told me it was big and dark and red eyes, watching her but the eyes were red or orange like the fire burning, but she said she saw what she said was hair off the arm holding the big pine tree. She told me it was just standing there watching her. The next day, daytime I asked her to show me where she saw the figure and it was the same spot as the night before when we went to look. The same the leaves were flat in the woods like something heavy was there and the same branch I saw the night before was bent or broken. Afterwards we did some gifting in the woods with marbles and had them replaced with rocks on the mosssy log. We had some feathers replaced with different feathers. Recently we had a 6 point deer skull blanched white with time and no meat or hair on it about 8ft up in an oak tree next to my woodpile for firewood. We recently had a deer leg same blanched white no meat or hair on it on the edge of the hay field up from the creek in a tree about 7ft off the ground. My daughter Emmy told me she wanted me to email you and tell you what she experienced." Tayler writes "My husband and I are originally from Arkansas. He was recently stationed back here for my his final duty assignment before retirement. We are big outdoors people hunting, fishing, hiking, backpacking, kayaking you name it. Over the years, we've had a few strange encounters, and even my grandmother, who lives in a rural part of Arkansas, has had her own experiences. Last weekend, we went to float the Buffalo River and do some primitive camping. Not long after getting on the river, I was taking in the scenery and admiring the massive bluffs when I noticed a cave. As I focused on it, I caught movement off to the right along the bluff. At first, I assumed it was hikers, which isn't unusual in that area. I pointed it out to my husband and said it looked like an adult and a younger teen. Then I realized something was off they appeared entirely brown in color. As I tried to get my husband to look, they suddenly disappeared into the cave. That's when it hit me there aren't any trails in that specific area that I'm aware of, and we know those trails pretty well. They were gone before he could see them. I was disappointed he missed it, both to confirm what I saw and to share the experience. As the day went on, I tried to rationalize it and mostly brushed it off. We continued floating for several hours, had a great time, and eventually made it to our campsite. We built a fire, cooked dinner, had a couple of drinks—just enjoying a rare kid-free adventure. That night, I woke up suddenly with my body shaking uncontrollably. My husband noticed and thought I was just cold and held me closer it was in the 40s, after all. But I told him I felt sick. He eventually went back to sleep, and that's when I noticed a bluish-white ball of light hovering outside our tent. At first, I thought it might be the moon, but it didn't make sense the light was coming from the wrong direction, and it was moving slightly. As I focused on it, I became violently ill. I was getting sick about every 30 minutes for hours. It was intense to the point where I genuinely felt like I was dying. At some point, I realized the light was gone. Not long after that, the sickness stopped. I remember just begging for it to be over so I could get some sleep. I hadn't planned on reaching out, but today, while cleaning my house, I put on your newest episode the one where Rick talked about a woman who became sick after seeing a similar ball of light, possibly related to radiation exposure. The timing and similarities felt hard to ignore. What's also strange is that my husband and I had the same food and drinks that day, and neither of us drank much.
