What makes you think that hasn't already happened with government? What benefits can a rare, forest dwelling, technology rejecting hominid provide mankind? Maybe government knows they exist and are protecting them with dignity by keeping mankind ignorant of their existence? Indeed, people are arriving to that suspicion regarding extraterrestrials. The scenario has allegedly already happened. We shot down their saucer in 1947 and collected and dissected their bodies.🤷🏻‍♂️ Roswell New Mexico Science isn't going to take any high roads. The Military isn't gonna take any high roads either. They will take the most expedient route to the maximum data dump that can be seized and controlled.

These recent posts got me to wondering. As an analogy: Suppose a UFO landed and weird beings were seen emerging from the craft (could happen). Suppose then that they set-up camp and proceeded to explore Earth, basically minding their own business. Would the prudent thing to do be A.) immediately try to kill them so that Science can prove that extra-terrestrial beings are visiting Earth?, or B.) At least attempt to contain them (alive) and make contact? The correct response seems obvious to me (B.) We could be prepared to attack if necessary although attacking might not work out so good, proactively or, reactively. As with Bigfoot, we could end up with a much better understanding of what they are and perhaps what benefits to us they might provide. We could at least try to take the high-road, no?

Homo sapiens are primates, too. There is evidence that they do, and if so, that would pretty much narrow them into the genus Homo.

Humans evolved from other hominins in Africa several million years ago. Homo sapiens emerged around 300,000 years ago and migrated out of Africa, gradually replacing local populations of archaic humans. Early humans were hunter-gatherers, before the invention of agriculture and domestication of animals led to permanent settlement in the Fertile Crescent and other cradles of civilization. We Homo sapiens emerged 300,000 years ago and we replaced archaic humans. I suppose the Neanderthals are the archaic humans and bigfoot is probably some kind of advanced primate and not human. Bigfoot is short of being an archaic human but seems to be highly intelligent for avoiding capture for this long? Does bigfoot have a spoken language?

If Bigfoot is essentially a human with higher thought language that will create a lot of problems. If Bigfoot is an animal, it creates few problems. I still say bigfoot would be essentially an ape. Maybe I just need to believe that so I can sleep at night. ^ fair enough. We could very well be dealing with a variety of, factual explanations. I know humans can go feral. I mentioned here long ago that my Brother went and lived in the woods alone for about a year. I don't know what provisions he had, but I expect those were minimal, except for probably 2 or 3 guns, a big knife and a considerable amount of Ammo. He's gone now, but there were times when he was definitely a 'wild man'.

Dr. Jeff's smarts, reasonableness, tone, and so on made him one of the ideal persons who Advocated for the study of Bigfoot. Even his detractors admitted he played by the same science book they did. I have to say something I have feared for a while about Dr. Jeff now that he is gone. I fear this new Bigfoot movie Capturing Bigfoot will destroy his memory. They can selectively edit and control his viewing their film and make it look like Jeff just found out there is no Satna Claus. In this way, it will seem by his reaction they can control if his reaction is controled to make it look like he is deflated the public will think it must be proof of a hoax. If Jeff was alive, he would be around to rebut. But with him being gone it is easy to attack those who have died or in this case misuse those who have died. The final insult to Dr. Jeff just might turn out to be him being used selectively to sell their Capturing Bigfoot film. I don't know how Bill Munns will be used but Bill made it clear to them this is 1) not a trial run but a post PGF effort 2) Bill wasn't not going to react in some way on camera as he will want to see the entire thing before he reacts or forms an opinion as it is just not in his nature to show emotion on camera for their gotacha Dr. Jeff doesn't have that opportunity and just might become their prop. I hope I am wrong.

The feral homo sapien also explains why DNA analysis comes back as "human". But, then, a human relative and/or hybrid might also do that. I don't believe that feral Homo sapiens fully explain the phenomenon, but I do claim that it almost certainly explains some reports and is part of the overall explanation. The Zana story clearly "proves" that "scientifically".

So, that would be like a ghost, right? Although many people (I would venture to say 'most') do not believe in ghosts, I have reasons to believe. The word 'belief' has been shunned here, particularly in the past, but I don't really know what other word to use. And, if Bigfoot are ghosts or, 'spiritual entities', that sure would explain a lot. If we take the premise (or 'assumption') that there are things out there which closely and fairly consistently adhere to descriptions of Bigfoot(s), then we can list several apparent characteristics which would fall into place with the hypothesis that they may be spiritual entities (or, 'ghosts'): 1.) That would explain the difficulty (impossibility?) of Scientific classification of them into the Animal Kingdom. 2.) That might explain their unprecedented elusiveness and even reports that they seem to vanish into thin air. 3.) That would probably explain the difficulty in determining what their diet is (if they don't have a diet). 4.) That would certainly explain why Bigfoot remains don't seem to exist. 5.) And, among other things, that would correspond to reported 'lights' and 'luminescence' in areas where they are spotted. Many folks will disagree that this could even be a possibility but 'given', the two premises that seem unavoidable to me: 1.) things are out there which are being described as Bigfoot, and 2.) there must be some explanation for that (eventually); the spiritual entity explanation seems, at least for now, possible. ^ good point Huntster. (I was working on the above when you posted.) But, the feral human explanation would leave most of the 'High Strangeness' still unexplained. And, could feral Homo Sapiens really have evolved that quickly into Bigfoot?

Many of these native stories describe these wild people as humans who went wild for various reasons. Of course, we already know that feral people are a thing. It's a proven fact. Zana has now been proven to have been a feral human, and of extremely unlikely form (African in Central Asia, extremely tall for a female, hirsute, and extremely strong. Thus, in addition to misidentifications and manufactured sightings, a percentage of evidence is that of feral Homo sapiens.
