If you look at the mind experiment of how many calories a Sasquatch needs per day to survive? And then take into account that the known large omnivore (bear) in North America hibernates during winter? Then I think it stands to reason that interior Sasquatch must migrate to the coasts in order to find enough food to survive. The only other option is that they stockpile food in the summer months and hole up in winter. Maybe only taking limited treks to water or a hunting foray. If they are active during winter in snowy conditions that activity would be easily detectable. A human hunter gatherer walks 7-9 miles per day. That’s at least 12,000 steps or footprints. Times that by however many members there are in the group? It would be impossible to miss. Along with signs of stripping bark or digging roots or killing game.

I Knew It Wasn’t a Bear - Bigfoot Eyewitness Episode 514
BFFbot posted a topic in Bigfoot Eyewitness Radio
Don Niesen has lived in Central Wisconsin for about 25 years now. He describes Central Wisconsin as being a totally different world from where he grew up in Racine, Wisconsin. After moving to Central Wisconsin, he’s had multiple encounters with various types of wildlife, but none of those encounters moved the needle for Don nearly as much as an encounter he had while he was driving to his parent’s house, one evening. As he was driving down a rural section of highway, heading to their house, he was on the lookout for deer. Deer-related car crashes are a big problem in that area. All of a sudden, up ahead, he could see a large, black figure, on the side of the road, pulling at something in the ditch. At first, Don thought it was a bear. Then, it did something no bear could do and at that moment, Don’s jaw dropped. We hope you’ll tune in to tonight’s show and listen to Don share all the details from that experience. n this gripping episode of Bigfoot Society, Pastor and lifelong outdoorsman Jeffrey shares a series of chilling Idaho Bigfoot encounters from more than 40 years in the Rocky Mountains. Yes. But that still doesn’t explain why one isn’t stuffed in a museum. One year is plenty of time for a specimen to be collected by science. -

Shockingly, this was reported in The Nanty-Glo (PA) Journal on May 04, 1933. (Shockingly because I grew up near Nanty-Glo; I'm surprised they had a newspaper!) -

The paranormal woo aspect is quite disappointing. It is my opinion that these are excuses for no proof of the creatures existence. Better time could be spent procuring a body on a slab instead of being explained by Science fiction. This only makes the case that the creatures probably don't exist in any form. Ufos by definition are certainly real. Are they manned by extraterrestrials, probably not. -

They only go home once a year. While here they have to live and deal with the natural elements. Hence you get footprints, nests, food selection, etc. And they use portals, not crafts. There. See how easy this is? -

And how do you know he is more interested in learning than selling things? Do you see your own double standard being applied now? You do this often. This guy finds Bigfoot stick structures in Colorado every 50 feet and is to be believed. But this guy writes books and is a con artist. You know what I believe in? I believe in PROOF. And it’s been my experience that people who get involved in the WOO? Are the ones willing to give up on providing PROOF. It’s a crutch. A cop out. We followed the Bigfoot tracks and then they just disappeared. Well did a 800 lbs primate suddenly levitate into the air? Or did you just lose the trail? If Bigfoot is self aware? (Great apes are as well) It understands it’s leaving tracks. And it may well use counter tracking tactics against humans. No UFOs, portals or woo necessary. And finally Steve Isdahl is a hunter. Meldrum was a primate locomotion scientist. Nothing against hunters….. but come on. Everything we know about Bigfoot locomotion comes from Meldrum and Krantz. Isdahl reads stories sent to him from the public on a you tube channel. You believe whom ever you want to believe. -

He is a con man. But, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Yes, people went missing, and yes, Paulides selectively reports on them, omitting details and in some cases, just makes stuff up, to fit his narrative. "It happens near water and granite" is like saying "the person drank water and wore pants". A good con man mixes in truth a good amount of the time, so NO, I never said everything out of his mouth was a lie. That is a wild take. Meldrum, if Steve Isdahl is to be believed, was a bad guy. Morehead seems just fine to me. He had a career outside of Sasquatch and seems more interested in learning than he is in selling things. -

You thought we (we being everyone in the field of Bigfoot) were past thinking Bigfoot was an undiscovered primate of some kind and instead now believe it’s an alien? 🤔 I hate to disappoint you. But the woo camp from my observation is the minority. Almost every field researcher I know that has boots on the ground is very much a flesh and blood creature POV. The Olympic project has found nests that look like a Gorilla made them. Why would a portal jumping alien need to make nests? I have found an Elk femur with the bone marrow harvested. Why would an alien need to eat bone marrow? I have found a trackway in very deep snow. Why would a portal jumping alien bother with trudging through snow? As I said earlier? I am a UFO witness on numerous occasions. But I’ve never seen anything to suggest that there is some sort of connection between UFOs and Bigfoot. And if I had witnessed it? I would be happy to tell you. But I haven’t. For me one phenomenon is happening in the sky and one phenomenon is happening on the ground. I don’t know what is piloting the UFOs. But the chances of an alien looking like an archaic hominid are slim to none. And then we are discounting all of the witnesses describing grey aliens….not Bigfoot. But I will keep an open mind in my travels in the woods. -

Anthropologist Kenny Joholske joins Bigfoot Society to share two of the most intense and well-documented Sasquatch encountersever recorded. His first experience takes place along Seneca Creek near Black Rock Mill in Maryland, where he comes face-to-face with multiple Bigfoot on a remote ridge line. From chilling nighttime vocalizations, rock-throwing, and circling behavior to an eerie clicking language, Kenny recounts a terrifying night that changed his understanding of Sasquatch forever. His second encounter unfolds in Harrison, British Columbia, near Sasquatch Provincial Park, where a massive figure is caught on thermal imaging—an event witnessed by multiple people and backed by casted tracks. In this episode, we explore Kenny’s unique perspective as a trained anthropologist, diving into Sasquatch behavior, social structure, evolutionary theories, and cultural significance across North America. Whether you’re a Bigfoot researcher, outdoor enthusiast, or cryptid fan, this deep-dive into real Bigfoot encounters, field evidence, and scientific interpretation is one you won’t forget. Anyone who listens to hundreds of hours of eyewitness accounts and experiences will undoubtedly come across cases where paranormal or UFO activity were interwoven with Biggie. Light orbs, portals opening, UFO crafts in the area, and others all indicate that there is some connection between them. I thought we were past this. I am someone who has a lot of extra time (single, no kids, not married) and I have spent considerable time in Bigfootdom reading, watching, and listening to eyewitness accounts. Once you have traveled this far down the road as I have, there is no going back to the ideas of bigfoot being an ape, type of human, or whatever. They are not from here. Anyway I plan to watch this documentary eventually. -

You called him a “con man”. Which would imply everything out of his mouth is a lie. I said it wasn’t so and invited you to prove otherwise. You never did. Go back and read through the comments if your memory is foggy. The 411 cases HAPPENED. Dennis Martin is still missing. I bought the cripple foot track casts from Dr. Jeff Meldrum. And Ron Moorhead sells the Sierra sounds…. I guess they are all “con men” too in your mind? Their association with the woo doesn’t change my opinion about audio sounds, dental resin or missing people. We need a body.
