  4. Bigfoot bury their dead. I have heard several witness accounts of this, and their funerals are really large events.
  5. Why can't they find fossils? A needle is always a needle. The size of the haystack helps determine the odds of finding the needle in that haystack. vs... I would guess that more than anything determines finding such fossils. There may also be an expiration date where the bones might degrade at some point after Bigfoot or any animals dies.

  8. There's an assumption hiding here .. that they know what they have. My understanding is they are wildly, **wildly** understaffed so far as people trained to properly handle and classify incoming "stuff". There's a backlog of "stuff" on shelves in boxes that will take them decades to get through and by then, an even bigger stack will have accumulated. If you want results, rather than blame the Smithsonian, consider lobbying for additional funding for trained staff.
  9. This story from The Philadelphia Times on January 18, 1885, is emblematic of the "wild man" who appeared in sideshows and "museums" in the 1800s.
  10. Joey Garcia grew up in Maryland and while he was growing up, he loved exploring in the woods by where he and his family lived. One day, when he was a little kid, he was hiking through the woods, about a quarter mile from his house, when he saw a baby Sasquatch. The baby was white and it seemed to be as surprised to see Joey as he was to see it. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to Joey talk about what happened that day, and share other experiences with you that, quite likely, were Sasquatch-related. If you've had at least one Sasquatch sighting and would like to be a guest on the show, please go to BigfootEyewitness.com and let me know. I'd love to hear from you. 11. Bigfoot is a mysterious animal because it's found on all the continents of the world, yet we don't have any fossilized remains. Someone mentioned that there are exceptions to the rule such as with chimpanzees and fossilized remains have been recently found. Only recent remains of chimpanzees have been found and were in the early phases of fossilization. This makes sense because in a forest environment where chimpanzees live, the acid soils dissolve bones more quickly than in alkaline soils. Bigfoots I have been reported to live in areas where the soils are alkaline and their bones would be preserved. Another fact that is mysterious is chimpanzees live mainly on Africa whereas bigfoots have been reported to live on every continent of the world so the chances of finding fossilized Bigfoot bones are much greater than finding chimpanzee bones. Why do we not have fossilized Bigfoot bones? There are a few possibilities 1. It's just been bad luck. 2. We may have no Bigfoot fossils because Bigfoots bury their dead in very inaccessible places. Is it possible that Bigfoot buries their dead and to ensure their remains are never to be found, they stack boulders over burial mound. 3. It's possible that Bigfoot evolved on another planet and was transplanted to Earth by extraterrestrial species. Why would extraterrestrial species want to transport Bigfoot to planet Earth? 4. Or maybe Bigfoot fossils have been discovered and the Smithsonian Museum is not making this public information. Why would the Smithson Museum want to hide the fact that Bigfoot fossils are in fact in their collections? 5. Bigfoot's are Nephilim, the offspring of fallen angels who had children with human wives. This puts them in a special category and there remains are spiritual and not physical.

Yeah, Bullwinkle can be very obstinate about his right-of-way. I encountered a very large-racked specimen in the Yahk watershed while elk hunting from my mountain bike on an abandoned logging RR. He kept plodding towards me, ignoring my hollering and whistling, until I had no choice but to turn around and ride away. Of course, moose were closed to hunting at the time.
  14. In this chilling Colorado encounter, Lindsay shares the story of how strange rock stacks, hidden symbolism, and a mysterious statue at Mariana Butte led her to uncover unsettling patterns pointing toward Bigfoot activity and possible portal phenomena near Estes Park, Longs Peak, and the Rocky Mountain National Forest. From unexplained boulder placements on tree stumps to directional statues that seem to point toward areas known for Missing 411 disappearances, this episode explores the deeper meaning behind Colorado’s most bizarre wilderness signs. Lindsay also reveals her firsthand experiences with terrifying growls, tree knocks, and eerie mimicry while living near wooded areas in Missouri—events that pushed her to consider whether Bigfoot may be an interdimensional beingcapable of moving through portals. Join us as we discuss: • Rock stacks and symbols linked to Bigfoot behavior • Longs Peak and Rocky Mountain National Forest disappearance clusters • Statues at Mariana Butte pointing toward known missing-person zones • Dogman-like growls, tree knocking, and unexplained mimicry • Portal theories, interdimensional entities, and what they mean for Bigfoot • Why experienced hikers and children vanish without a trace in Colorado’s mountains 🗣️ Share Your Story Had a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience? Are the BIGFo0Ts Nomadic?

I think some are some aren't. In my area we see indications of both. My hunting / hiking / bigfooting buddy works some weekends on a ranch where there appears to a low level of year around activity. Likewise, where we hike, camp, fish, and where I do my main research, the activity is very very seasonal and can seemingly be followed leading up to presence there and after presence there ends. I would expect that in some areas with different conditions there would be a greater propensity towards year round occupation in some place and greater propensity towards only seasonal occupation .. ie migration. So I think you have to look at the specifics of a given location and answer for that location rather than trying to give a single answer that covers all situations, all locations. There is a hole in that as well, potentially, and that is that it is not just "my" spot that is active at that one time, there's a mountain chain over 1000 miles long and the activity peaks within a week in any given year the whole length of the dang thing so it is possible that rather than migration, what we're seeing is some quirky seasonal change of behavior. Or .. BOTH. Because, again, we do see activity to the north 4-6 weeks earlier and to the south 3-4 weeks later. It may be both migration and seasonal something peaks converging. The data is sparse and we have to be cautious about over-investing in specific interpretations which might not fit a fuller data set.

    Are the BIGFo0Ts Nomadic?

I believe that they are to certain extent. Some more than others. There are reports of individual sasquatches with distinct features being seen many miles apart. One was a rather well known white sasquatch.
  19. I have come across deer, bear, elk, coyotes, weasels, mice, squirrels, rabbits, birds, raccoons, opossums, porcupines, turkeys, fox and beaver carcasses/skeletons in the past 56 years of being in the woods. Maybe more animals I don't remember, but never a mountain lion. A co-worker came across a mountain lion carcass once. He called the Oregon fish and game. They came out and did a field autopsy, I don't know the scientific name fo that, but they concluded that it was about 135 pounds live and was killed by a larger cat. They estimated that the larger cat could have been between 155 and 175 pounds. I once found baby bear cub feet in a large pile of bear scat.

  24. In this episode of Bigfoot Society, witness John Reiners—a registered RN and the author of Crouching Behemoth: Quadrupedal Sasquatch—shares one of the most detailed quadrupedal Bigfoot encounters ever recorded. On November 17, 2020, while driving toward Rough River Lake near Owensboro and Breckenridge County, Kentucky, John witnessed a massive buck enter the roadway, panting and distressed. Seconds later, he observed two large gold eyes shimmering from a ravine. A spider-crawling, gray-skinned quadrupedal Sasquatch emerged, stalking the deer before rising smoothly onto two legs and pursuing it at full speed. John’s account also touches on regional Bigfoot activity tied to the Ohio River, Green River, Mammoth Cave system, and nearby Ohio County. Additional sightings discussed include incidents from Scotts Road in Indiana (1996) and the Pearl River Basin in Louisiana (2022)—all of which appear in his book. This is an essential listen for anyone interested in spider-crawl Bigfoot, predatory Sasquatch behavior, all-fours locomotion, and rare eyewitness encounters. 28. I've found lots of moose and caribou carcasses over the years, but not a single bear, wolf, lynx, fox, or other predator. I know a guy who shot a grizzly bear late one September. He and his partner waited for 3 days watching a moose gut pile from 1/2 mile away that yet another friend killed. They woke ob the 4th morning to find the bear laying on the buried pile. They snuck up to him and shot him. Upon examination, they found the hide ruined. ADFG had put a "breakaway" collar on it when it was a cub, and it never broke away. It had dug into its flesh. It was a small collar embedded in the flesh of a huge neck. They were pissed off, and just left the whole thing lay. During the following winter my friend regretted leaving it, realizing that they should have at least taken the skull. The next summer he went back. He found the skull and a few bones, but nothing else. He said that had he not known where it was left, he and nobody else would have ever found it.
