    911 call Bigfoot?

^^^^^ This is my point in asking the Question starting the thread. If this is an authentic 911 tape/ recording it is a pretty amazing thing to consider. If it is not, we need to know. If someone is portraying a transcript of such a recording it needs to be made very clear this is a RECREATION or a DRAUMITIZATION of some report. Even then, we should find the person who called (recreation or not) and further document their story behind the events which lead up to the call. If it is real 911 call it should leave traces for us to find out more about the incident. I'm just trying to find out the truth. Thanks again for posting. If this Bigfoot call is bogus, we lose credibility if we promote it as authentic.

    911 call Bigfoot?

If we call 911 for an emergency, I am confident immediately they know the phone number, name, location and so on of the caller. Further I have to think it is recorded and kept for some period of time. Even if the tape would be erased, you would think we could go through some freedom of information act stuff to find out who made the Bigfoot call. We might even find out other details as to what actions the cops took that night-if any For example: the 911 call of Nichole Brown Simpson... I don't think any local dispatcher, cop, or sheriff would remove the recording or the info that goes with it in some sort of conspiracy.

    Trends in BFRO witness reports

It is well known that bigfoots do not like to be observed by humans, and if too many humans are present in the forest then bigfoot prefers to do food foraging during the night times. From 1970 to 2000 bigfoot sightings stayed low and less than 100 per year. Class B sightings were always less than class A sightings. Then around 2005 the sightings went up past 100, and then there was a decline in sightings past 2020. Why? During this time national forest trails have gradually increased so hikers could penetrate bigfoot's territory with less effort and better equipment to enable comfort while camping in the forest. This fact caused bigfoot to become more nocturnal and only glimpses of bigfoot are observed. Then class A sightings fell below class B since bigfoot has become more nocturnal and clear views of bigfoot became more rare. "Yes, evidence suggests that Sasquatch (Bigfoot) may be more active at nightSightings, particularly in less-populated areas, are reported to be more common during the night, even though nighttime conditions make observation more difficult. This suggests a potential evolutionary advantage for nocturnal activity, possibly due to factors like reduced competition with humans for resources or superior night vision," Google

  9. "It's taken heroic means to save the Condor. It remains to be seen if we can save it long term or increase the population in future decades. It's a lot easier to trap or grab those last few condors in the wild and try to get them help they needed when they were almost extinct. This has helped," Backdoc "The Tapanuli orangutan (Pongo tapanuliensis) is considered the world's rarest ape. There are fewer than 800 individuals left, and they face a high risk of extinction. The Tapanuli orangutan was only discovered in 2017, making it the first new ape species found in over 80 years," Google "Yes, Gigantopithecus, the giant ape often associated with Bigfoot, is extinct.Fossil evidence suggests it went extinct between 295,000 and 215,000 years ago. While some believe Bigfoot might be a surviving population of Gigantopithecus or a similar creature, there's no scientific evidence to support this," Google Hopefully Sasquatch has enough of a viable population like the Tapanuli orangutan in order to be discovered someday. It's a matter of time before Bigfoot is proven to exist by capturing one or a dead specimen brought in. The Patterson-Gimlin sighting and my personal sighting has proven to me that bigfoot exists, and I don't expect widespread belief. My sighting report is in the Northwest sighting section. We are impatient and discovery may not happen for another 200 years, so in the meantime we keep the door open, keep up the field work, and gather evidence. Someday a sick or dead Bigfoot will found and brought in for examination and final proof. My days are numbered at 77 years old so please get the evidence and proof so we can be assured that bigfoot will be protected. I would like to know if the Tapanuli orangutan was captured or shot, then approved by zoologist as a new species.

    911 call Bigfoot?

It took me a long time to figure this out, years ago the BFRO didn't have as much detail, so I remember thinking it was Pierce County. Later I learned more through various sources. It's a classic, legit for sure, think Ron was in BFRO but could be wrong. He may have said more in recent years, IDK.

  20. Ok, but would you want to be known as "the guy who killed the last sasquatch"? It was bad enough with the Thylacine and the shoddy husbandry they displayed back in the 30s. I reluctantly concur with Norsemans statement of if the population can't handle losing one or two individuals its already on the way out. But you'd have to ask how many would it take to maintain a viable gene pool?Weren't there only about 22 California condors left when they rounded them up? I can just imagine if we tried to save their species(big foot) and gathered up 20-30 sasquatch, built giant enclosures and tried maintaining captive groups for breeding! Pretty sure mayhem would ensue. But there would be a number motivations to due so. 1) they are our closest relatives on the planet (which might make some folks want to kill them off) 2) what we could learn, from observation, of our own evolution and social development, 3) another desperate attempt to save at least one more species in hopes of some degree of redemption for trashing the planet for everyone, 4)to establish coherent forms of communication with another species, something we've yet to really do, despite our vast intelligence , 5) to do it to them before they do it to us following the EMP exchanges, and thereby avoid becoming the big furries latest pet trend .on the lack of fossil record, yeah it does take very specific combination of parameters for the fossilization process to occur, and back when the predominant take on sasquatch said Pacific Northwest, it did sorta make sense that there were no bones nor fossils....pine forest, acidic soil, osteophages such as porcupines and coyotes, but now that its pretty much accepted that they're in virtually every state, in a fairly wide variety of habitats, it would seem to expand the potentials for finding such relics, unless they actually do partake in behaviors that conceal their deceased.

    911 call Bigfoot?

The BFRO refers to this as the "Northwest 911 Call" and says the recording is available on Ron Morehead's bigfoot recordings CD. (https://www.bfro.net/avevid/sierrasounds/911.asp) On Morehead's website the description of the recording is confusing at best. The site says, "On Track 10, Ron placed an emergency 911 call that is completely unrelated to the story but nevertheless it provides the listener with a live eyewitness account of an actual sighting." ... which sounds like Ron heard the story and then faked a 911 call to dramatize it?? This is news to me. If I'm reading this right, that voice we hear on the 911 call is Ron Morehead pretending to be the witness he and Peter Byrne interviewed. It's a sketchy thing to do, in my opinion. Judge for yourself: https://ronmorehead.com/about-bigfoot-recordings/ Someone please correct me if this is inaccurate. Gotta say, though, the 911 caller sounds similar to Morehead.
  24. Nick writes “I had a roadside sighting in CA with my mom summer of 2008 when I was 18. It was about 12:30-1am in the foothills of Placerville CA. We had a newspaper route that often had us heading home past midnight. It was mid August a few months after graduating from high school. It was a beautiful night we had the windows down just cruising. My mom had a Geo Metro that we used for the paper route with a 3 cylinder engine so it was not fast lol. It was a blind corner and our headlights hit this thing, and my mom didn’t see it at first (she never sees anything, we once almost hit a buck so close I could see the velvet on his antlers but she didn’t see it at all) but then she downshifted and hit the gas. I knew what I saw but I turned to her and asked what she saw, she had the same description as me so knew I wasn’t crazy because what I saw was nothing short of impossible. I saw it running before the headlights actually hit it and it was like a cartoon how it was running, hands down by his side ( I say his because for some reason I knew it was a male) and his head didn’t bobble at all. As soon as the headlight hit this thing it just stopped on a dime, the dust it kicked up floating past like a mist as it stood there. Bright like blood orange eye shine (not glowing) with a hint of green. It was holding a watermelon in one arm with other hanging down by its side it’s hand shaped like a Lego man hand. It wasn’t crazy huge, maybe six to six and a half feet tall. All black but thinning around the pecks. I could see the veins in his biceps. It looked like an Aboriginal person from Australia. That’s the closest thing I can compare it too. Very human like. Definitely not an animal.” Listen to the Podcast
