  4. Did you catch my post somewhere on the forum about the drone flying above my driveway? It was the electric coop flying a lidar drone, collecting pics on vegetation in the right-of-way and easements. I'm really glad I didn't shoot it down (the impulse to do so was strong.........I guess I'm addicted to wing shooting doves too much ). I followed it to the operator and talked to him. It was a very expensive looking drone, and bigger than my impression of it while it was flying.
  5. 👍That LiDAR tech is crazy!
  6. Yes. I'm pretty sure they've only just scratched the surface with civilizational archaeology though most of the planet. In the Amazon, they're just beginning to find stuff.
  7. Have you heard about the Lidar studies in the Amazon?
  8. My Daddy grew up in the Louisiana bayou country during the Depression era. He told me that they would take a pirogue into the bayou to catch something to eat, and they would visit with people who lived out there. They spoke their own language, which was a mixture of French, Indian, Spanish, and English. They didn't come out of there. They were semi-feral. We have individuals (not so much tribes) like that in Alaska today. They avoid humanity like the plague. In the U.S., yes. Not so much in the Arctic, the Amazon Basin, or other such areas of the planet.
  9. And most are extinct.
  10. What makes you think there would be a response? The best way to deal with it is ignore it. If it doesn't present an acute problem, why respond at all? As JKH indicates, there are still a number of tribes that exist but are "undocumented". A friend from grade school is elected chief of such a "tribe". They recognize themselves and that's about the end of the story.

  13. What happens when childhood memories of strange creatures in the woods come rushing back — and they turn out to be real? In this chilling episode of Bigfoot Society, we bring you eyewitness encounters from Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, New Mexico, and even the Canadian wilderness. You’ll hear from a man who saw a Sasquatch take five massive steps across a football field in Rex, Georgia — and remembers a time when Clayton County was the “Bigfoot capital of the world.” A mother in Tipton County, Tennessee recounts terrifying stories of shredded tents, missing campers, government response teams, and blood trails that disappear into the forest. You’ll meet a Girl Scout who saw Bigfoot vanish in the woods of Orland Hills, and a man whose father — a trucker — saw a creature with fur and a jacket tapping on his door in the middle of the night. These aren’t legends. They’re firsthand accounts. And they may change what you think you know about Sasquatch. 🗣️ Share Your Story Had a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience? 14. The historical response was to eliminate them, yet tribes without treaties remain, with varying success.
  15. My understanding is that Gimlin had a 30-06, which would offer plenty of power to kill a sasquatch with a single round if it was shot through the boiler room.
  16. If they didn't harm others who passed through the area, I think the government would leave them alone, and keep their existence quiet. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncontacted_peoples
  17. What do you think the Federal Government response would be if it knew about a American Indian tribe that had never signed treaties and continued to live in the wild? Separate from the rest of the modern world?

I think the primary law enforcement agency on missing persons is the most local authority, ie county sheriff. In the case of the feds taking a case, it's likely due to evidence that the missing person has crossed state lines, and in that case the agency would be the FBI, not the Park Service or other federal land manager. Thank you. You're catching on (I think........). This is the precise reason why, if sasquatches are of the genus Homo, the government does NOT want them "discovered", because they would have human rights that would complicate a whole bunch more than just federal land management.

    The Bigfoot harvest.

Here's a published list of missing persons from the Alaska State Troopers. I don't think this differentiates what lands they became missing from, and I believe that this list is incomplete for many reasons (like the formally missing person is presumed dead). If nobody knows that a person is missing, the person is not legally missing,

    1) Then when I ask for a missing person list from the Park Service? It should be an easy thing to produce, no? And you certainly don’t see missing person posters inside a park….do you? I never have. I suppose that would be very bad for business? Paulides had to dig to get to a list. 2) Not sure how you would make a “deal” with a Sasquatch. You’re not sitting down on a buffalo robe with mirrors and trinkets in order for them to agree to sign a treaty with the U.S. government. 3) If we believe that Sasquatch exists? Then I am not sure how we can write off any missing persons case. What do Native Americans say about Sasquatch kidnapping people? What does our own modern accounts say about Sasquatch kidnapping people? Albert Ostman anyone? Further? Native Americans claim Sasquatch was a cannibal. Bart Schleyer was undressed with his clothes found inside out before he was eaten. Odd behavior? The guy was a Bear biologist. Yah that’s odd. We can complain about facts and who is right or wrong. But there is ZERO chance that the Federal government with its military and alphabet agencies and the trillions of dollars spent does NOT know about this species. Absolutely ZERO! So if a troupe of 800lbs hominids are roaming your park and you know about it? And someone goes missing? And there is evidence that they may have been taken by a predator? And you stay silent? I would say you’re complicit in the crime that is happening under your watch…. No deal necessary.

"Patty" comes as close as you're going to get. What I've said before is that Patty was not identical to either of the two I've seen, rather, assuming her to be a middle-aged female, she is biologically correct to match the much larger male I saw in 1976 and to match the late juvenile/early adolescent I saw in 2013. If you see something that's appearance is not similar-ish to Patty, not exact, but biologically appropriate, you're not looking at a real bigfoot. And, as I've said before, I saw those before I saw the PGF, first long before, second roughly the same time. Other examples would be the Blue Mountain footage though I didn't think the heads were quite so forward-jutting as that film shows, but a pregnant female .. which those were IMHO .. might carry her body differently. 23. Shannon writes "Yesterday, while being a passenger in our side by side, I saw something in the woods.. between Grisdale & Satsop campground area. There’s a dry river bed area in there and a few campers spotted down on the open rocks camping. As we were headed back towards where our trucks were parked, I saw something lanky, long haired and black with large pieces of olive green moss stick in the mats of it’s ribcage/stomach & left back hip area. It had a dog like face and cat-like reflexes as it twisted in mid-air and sprung off a large old snag. It was about 50 feet in the woods. The animal pushed it’s front upper torso away from the snag and in the air twisted & then let go with it’s back legs/feet and landed on all fours. It was long, like 6 or 7 foot long, thin build & it appeared to have hands and long feet. I immediately said to Brandon in our headphones “…uhh- what the heck was that??? Hun, I just saw something. Like, a weird something…” Last night I had a scary dream that woke me up & I was afraid to go back to sleep because I didn’t want to be back in the dream, but this morning it bothered me so much I needed to draw it. I looked up Google images to understand things that looked like it. But nothing is coming up except a “dogman”??. (Some cryptid scary animal thing) looked like a long haired black Irish wolfhound mixed with an all black long haired sloth bear. I’ve never seen a long haired skinny black bear with cat like reflexes.. but ya.. No idea what it was- but I’m never camping there. That’s for sure. It didn’t hv a neck like a dog, but the whole back half looked like a dire wolf or at least a very large canine look to it. No idea. So hard to explain it though. I’m chalking it up as a really long haired sickly black bear.” We will also be speaking to Elijah. Elijah is from Virginia and back in the 1980's he was 15 years old staying at a friends cabin. His friend left and was in an accident and did not return for a couple of days. During this time, he ran intro something with red glowing eyes. Listen to the Podcast

    The Bigfoot harvest.

1, show me the list of missing people from US government land. 2, show me the list of missing people that no-body knows are missing. 3, I obviously don't mean there's been a sit down and a deal agreed , didn't you understand that? I bet there's a level of missing persons the government tolerate (that it recognises as BF involvement) on government land, it's widely believed the government know they exist. to keep the whole truth quiet then they would have no choice but to except certain behaviour.............to a point. Have another go.
  25. We sure are. Veteran BFF troopers. I'm thoroughly fascinated by the subject, but as a Plainsman, have had no personal experiences. Thus, I don't really have much of value to add. I commented on your posting because in this day of the internet, it's generally understood that all caps posting denotes "shouting." 😉

can you post a photo or drawing that most closely resembles what you saw? I would love to see it. touche

    The Bigfoot harvest.

    1. the missing are recorded. if they weren't, you wouldn't know about them. 2. no, the government doesn't have a deal with Sasquatch to allow them to take humans. This is insane and doesn't deserve any further explanation.
