Tonight’s guest, Kimberly, lives in Western New York, about half-way between Buffalo and Rochester. One of the strangest things about the experiences she’s had is, they all happened on her property. The problem with that is, however, the fact that she doesn’t live in an area where you’d expect Sasquatch to be. She has neighbors, close by, and there aren’t a lot of resources for Sasquatch to exploit, compared to areas where you’d normally expect to find them. Speaking of finding them, when she had one of her encounters, she found herself face to face with a juvenile Sasquatch that was merely 5 feet from her, one night. She didn’t realize he was there until she turned around and hit him in the face with the beam of her flashlight. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to her share the details of that experience and others she’s had. Some of them didn’t involve Sasquatch, by the way. Those encounters involved cryptids she hopes to never have experiences with, again. She, especially, hopes to never have another one of them come into her home, the way one of them did, one night. Can't help you with books or movies, and can't tell you when i'll be finished, but i'm working on the long term Olympic Project Nest Area Recording Project which now has over 1,000 combined vocalization and percussive recordings from around 3 years now, that don't appear to belong to any known animal. I'm/We're also collecting localized actual visual sightings from that general area of which many aren't via the normal public ways that we gets reports for the SSR, and i truly believe that the general area there will soon enough provide something decent in way of a pic/video hopefully. Life and bills are right now slowing me down more than i want and that can't be helped, but imo and i appreciate i'm being a little vague here, this project and what it's appearing to yield, is keeping my head in the game, no doubt.

All 'bark' no bite: This idea of broken or bent branches assumes Bigfoot bends tree branches or break tree branches. Otherwise, we really don't care. We can come up with some reason why Bigfoot might bend branches. Maybe some sort of marking of a territory. Who knows? I don't find the idea of any bend or broken branches any big deal and very unlikely to be Bigfoot. Some find what they might call 'nests' and other shelters in the woods. Clearly these can't be a bear or heavy snow breaking tree branches. Something resembling a nest and especially a shelter cannot be random or natural. It's not the wind. Something made it happen by some intent at least in the case of shelters and nests. Even with this, why are these necessary to attribute to bigfoot? Finding: Reason: Broken Branches Natural occurrence like animals or wind or snow Shelter People for reasons of their own making a fort or crude shelter. Depressions in the sticks or grass Known animals like Deer and so on lying down (see Slocum imprint) Why do we need to attribute broken branches as a Bigfoot trait? Why do we assume Bigfoot might need to make a nest or shelter? Isn't it more likely what we see is something made or caused by human's vs Bigfoot. Sure, I will admit if Bigfoot exists it has to live somewhere. It has to eat something. It has to live or sleep somewhere. Should bigfoot exist I can more buy the idea of some pile of bush or crude depression in the grass is a place bigfoot might sleep vs the need to break branches. I need a really good reason to believe bigfoot would do these. I say these tree branches are either snow, people, or bears or whatever. Anything BUT bigfoot. I am here Iowa. I have a pine tree right now with some broken branches from heavy snow over the winter. If this occurs here, I am guessing it occurs other places in the world as well even places thought to be bigfoot country.

I wasn't talking about the typical tree breaks along trails, or 'structures', sorry if I was unclear. I was referring to one tree being used as almost a 'bulletin board', with info added over time. I got back and got some photos. I tried to upload as hi-res as possible.

This is a separate conference than the one held every Oct. in Honobia, OK. This conference will be held May 31 and June 1 in Talihina, in LeFlore Co. Okla. It's about 16 miles NW of Honobia. Talihina is known for it's scenic byway, especially during fall foliage. You can see all the speakers listed on the picture. The only speakers I'm familiar with are: Jim Whitehead, who is with MABRC, the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Council, out of Stilwell, OK; Ken Gerhard, a cryptozoologist that has been a speaker at a lot of Bigfoot Conferences; and Brian Hulan and Shane Church, who are with Southern Bigfoot Alliance, an Oklahoma based research group that search in OK and three surrounding states.

I remember seeing the Grizzly Man film, it was pretty good. And yep, it’s one thing to be a misguided fool and another to support their actions so they can continue until their inevitable end.

Timothy Treadwell was also a victim. He had fallen prey to environmental propaganda and his own ridiculous fantasies. He was clearly mentally ill. Yet Superintendent Williams was actually quoted in the Anchorage Daily News as actually supporting "his message" that he brought to elementary and secondary schools along with videos of his deadly antics with the bears. She belongs in prison, or fired upon initial investigation, but she actually ended up promoted to a senior position in the Dept. of the Interior............remarkabky similar to the Lyle Laverty story in upward mobility, except no sasquatches have killed anybody as a result of Laverty's failures. The Treadwell incident had 2 victims. Treadwell's guest and the bear. IIRC, the guest tried hitting the bear with a frying pan or some other kitchen item. If you mentioned his name to Alaskans, they would laugh. The Katmai Brown Bear gene pool has smart bears. They like their moose and salmon. The bear that killed the Treadwell party had a DNA test that revealed that it was not of the Katmai gene pool and was labeled an 'outside bear'. The moral of the story is you need more than a frying pan............be safe out there.

Do you remember the gorilla scene at the end of the movie 'Trading Places'? You could do a movie and call your adventure: "Finding a Foot of Big"! Being in a costume these days is a way to get shot and probably not a flesh wound.
