Not to be confused with Grand Rapids, Michigan. Speakers are Dr. Jeff Meldrum, Scott Nelson, the crypto-linguist, Michael Freeman, son of Paul Freeman, and Lyle Blackburn. Their Refund Policy consisted of two words, and the first was 'No'.
