They are harmless and a little skittish,” Yemassee Police Chief Gregory Alexander said Thursday morning. The Rhesus macaque primates escaped from the Alpha Genesis facility Wednesday when a new employee didn't fully shut an enclosure, Alexander said. Some have said this might be a orangutan on the loose. Who knows. Gotta think there are at least a few exotic animals who got loose. And that skunk ape is creepy as all git out! The only problem I saw with the Orangutan theory was the teeth. Maybe someone stuck some vampire teeth on their pet Orang and started taking pictures? I posted about the escapees in Campfire Chat. Remember, they are harmless and hungry. The score is macaques 43, humans 0.
