Backdoc Posted Monday at 03:13 AM Posted Monday at 03:13 AM (edited) A broken bone is universally understood on an X-ray. Until the DNA results for Bigfoot could be universally understood and agreed to, it almost seems like a useless tool. Useful for paternity and so ion but surprisingly limited for Bigfoot study. But, as usual, and like everything else, DNA is used for what the powerful want it to be used...........and not to be used for what they don't want it used for..................... 1
Backdoc Posted Tuesday at 06:30 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:30 PM ^^^ Isn't any suspected Bigfoot DNA sample somewhat of a self-fulfilling prophecy? To be overly simple, If we expect Bigfoot to be in the human-type line, any human like DNA result allows the skeptic to say it's human and not some unknown ape. DNA might be a bit like the height determination of Patty in the PGF. IF Patty was outrageously tall/ 8 foot tall it is so unique it nearly has to be real. If Patty is 6'1'' then Patty could be nearly any adult male in a suit. Unless a DNA result is something we have never seen before, doesn't it suggest its explainable. A common result can be dismissed as not unique enough to meet our/their expectations.

I really wanna get this off the ground and am curious to see for my self what is going on! @TheTreeman I don't get around here very often, so just saw now that I was tagged. The first link/button on this page leads to the online form to offer samples to my NC State study: https://sites.google.com/ncsu.edu/darbyorcutt/home

Henner Fahrenbach? @Madison5716 I don't get here very often, so just seeing that I was tagged now. To answer your question, my study is the place to send any potential physical samples. Jeff was sending samples to me before he passed, and every biological sample he still had in his lab that folks had previously sent to him is coming to me at NC State. The link to offer samples is the first button/link on this page: https://sites.google.com/ncsu.edu/darbyorcutt/home Unfortunately, Henner passed very soon after Jeff. He was a big supporter of my work too, and both he and Jeff were eager to see what my findings would be.
