Pennsylvania 1865 - Wild Man Discovered, May be Missing Governor

Published in Raftsman's Journal, Clearfield (PA) on September 27, 1865.  This typical old story makes it unclear whether a wild man was actually discovered (and then used as political fodder) or whether the "wild man" was made up to be used as political fodder.
