Unknown 1900 - 4-Foot Tall Wild Man Captured

Published in The Orangeburg (SC) Times and Democrat on February 7, 1900.  There are several Mount Washington's in the United States but I see no way of distinguishing which was the scene of this story.  The determination that the wild man was from South America seems suspect.
