Pennsylvania 1880 - The Insane French Soldier Started Out in Pennsylvania!

Either that, or a lot of French soldiers went insane after they lost a war to Germany.  This report was published in The Red Cloud (NE) Chief on February 12, 1880.  If it sounds familiar, that's likely because a Utah paper reported essentially the same story in 1883, but placed it about forty miles northwest in New York - that story is already uploaded here.
