Canada 1905 - "Mowgli" Seen on Island off Vancouver

Mowgli is the young boy raised by jungle animals in the classic Walt Disney cartoon film - how did he think of this stuff?!  This article is from The Halifax (Nova Scotia) Herald on 

December 16, 1904.  Apparently the newspaper got more information as they ran a more fulsome story on the wild man (or boy) on January 7, 1905.
