Pennsylvania 1901 - Wild Man Is Crazed Survivor of Johnstown Flood

Very reminiscent of one of the articles which Tirademan found stating that a wild man was a crazed survivor of the New Madrid earthquake.  THE Johnstown flood (as opposed to some smaller, but still damaging, floods) was in 1889.  This was published in The Philadelphia (PA) Inquirer on February 28, 1901.  A different article about this wild man is included in Timothy Renner's Bigfoot in Pennsylvania.
