1964/8/01 - Film - 7-Foot Tall Hairy Upright Creature Filmed in Texas

Two men claimed to have filmed a 7-foot tall hairy upright creature on August 1, 1964, near Arlington, Texas.  Their claim was published in various Texas newspapers and their film was aired on WBAP-TV that same night.  News reports say that the film was a little clearer, but made the creature look even more like a ruse.    

 

While this film precedes the P-G film by several years, there is no evidence that news of the film reached the state of Washington in 1964.
