The advertisement was published in the Hull Daily Mail of England on January 15, 1954 and over the weekend.  The Hull Daily Mail appears to be a local supplement of The Daily Mail, a London newspaper not included in the Newspapers.com archive.  The story about the expedition's equipment and planned bakery was carried in The Courier-Mail of Brisbane, Australia on January 18, 1954.  Not all readers were sanguine about the planned expedition, as noted in a letter to the editor of The Advertiser of Adelaide, Australia published on January 19, 1954.
