Who wouldn't want to visit Johnstown in the dog days of summer? (Raises hand.)  I grew up near there, so I can joke about it; everyone else needs to mind their p's and q's.  This is the first of a few bonus historical newspaper archives to celebrate the Forums coming back to life.  The article was published in The Daily Times of Salisbury (MD) on August 26, 1980.  The best copy of the track photo I found was published in the Centre Daily Times of State College (PA) on August 26, 1980.  

 

EDIT: I forgot to add that this is encounter #992464 in John Green's data base and attribute it to him.  I would have never known to look for it without his database and without Redbone's efforts to add those reports to the Standardized Sightings Record (SSR) project.
