1999/01/11 - Newspaper Article - Clearly a Costume Say Crook and Murphy

Included here as it is one of the first "costume" claims found besides those of Philip Morris.  As it was an Associated Press (AP) wire story, it was likely carried in many newspapers and there may be earlier versions.  This one is from the Sun-Journal of Lewiston (ME) and was published on January 11, 1999.
