bipedalist Posted January 22, 2011 BFF Patron Share Posted January 22, 2011 There are numerous suspected sasquatch vocalizations that would suggest rather large vocal chords and they are literaly described as having almost no neck, so nature must be finding a way around this problem. Big sinuses and nasal cavities with more nasality than they allotted for perhaps.
Guest vilnoori
Going by the sierra growl and the size of that chest they can generate both very low and very high frequencies of sound! I'm pretty certain that the "whistles" in that recording are not actual whistles but rather very high pitch vocalizations. Big men with exceptional voices have not only the low range but also can sing well in the ladies' upper register as well. So it does make sense. Ivan Rebroff shows off his range. Gives me chills. My grandma used to play his records when I was a girl. You have to have patience through the whole thing to get the whole vocal range.
