Ronnie Bass Posted December 16, 2016 Posted December 16, 2016 Run by Eric Altman. I posted about last years event and many were disheartened it was on such short notice: http://www.pabigfootcampingadventure.com/ It's a good time if you're in the area. 1
gigantor Posted December 17, 2016 Admin Posted December 17, 2016 Thanks for posting it, I'm gonna try to go. 1
AaronD Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Yes it does look good! I'll pass it along to my cast members and see if we might be able to get a group going 2
Ronnie Bass Posted December 18, 2016 Author Posted December 18, 2016 (edited) Eric has a pretty good lineup, I talk to him a lot on FB and he did tell me he is close to adding someone that is pretty significant figure to give a presentation. I jokingly said Bobo and he said close. I'm thinking it could be Cliff Brackman. But that's a 100% hunch on my part. Edited December 18, 2016 by Ronnie Bass 1
AaronD Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 I believe it's "Trapper" from Mountain Monsters Just talked to Eric via txt and we're (Our cast and crew) booked for a spot there. Pretty pumped--it also supports some great local charities! 1
Ronnie Bass Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 He had Trapper there last year and I believe he's already in the lineup for this year. Cast and crew Aaron?
gigantor Posted December 20, 2016 Admin Posted December 20, 2016 I guess he means the cast and crew for the movie they are making from his book. It sounds like its gonna be a pretty interesting affair... 1
AaronD Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 Yes, a few of our cast members have showed interest in being there and it was Eric's suggestion to set up a vendor table. Go to awishforgiants.com to meet our cast and crew and view behind the scenes so far!
AaronD Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 Just got off the phone with Stan Gordon--he'll be at this event too! Great line up of guests! I'm bringing 500 hot dogs to donate for the cook out...hoping that's enough(?!) 1
Ronnie Bass Posted February 20, 2017 Author Posted February 20, 2017 That's great Aaron! Will definitely check out your table, see you there! 1
AaronD Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 Weather outlook isn't good for this weekend. Let's hope it warms up and dries out! We're still having it, rain or shine, however!
AaronD Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 While the weather this weekend was forbidding and outright ignorant (it rained incessantly Saturday and the temperatures barely made it to the 40's until Sunday afternoon), we had a good time and met some awesome people! Friday was decent until dinner time when those menacing black clouds came and drenched us but not before Alex and I got a pic with the cast from Mountain Monsters. The boys stepped out of the rain into our vendor tent to meet two of our actors and talk to us about our movie project. Takes more than crappy weather to ruin a good squatchy weekend!! 2
