Just because David Paulides is speaking at a conference that mixes UFOs and Sasquatch investigation doesn't mean he endorses any theories.  I'm not speaking for him but that is the position he typically takes.  It's very useful for Paulides to supply facts and blame government agencies for people getting lost in the woods - that may or may not be the result of hostile aliens and/or bigfoot.
