Guest Thepattywagon Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I think Melba and Lindsay have a thing for each other. You mean she goes for Socialist pseudo journalists who are obsessed with race, gender, sexual proclivities and intelligence quotient myths? Say it ain't so!!
Incorrigible1 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Plus one for PW for causing Earl Grey tea to issue from my nose.

Guest Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 On the FB message from Ketchum... Seriously? That's it...sarcasm, distain, and puffery? No denial of the Sierra Shootings, or disclosure? Really? Sorry, as an attorney, humane BFer, and ex-engineer/chemist...BS A proper announcement on this still boiling issue of the "Kills" is warranted, one way or the other. NDA's that tie someone to anything illegal are illegal themselves! Poaching is illegal, and so forth.. I seriously wonder if her lawyer has updated his Professional Responsibility MCLE. I am actually at a point where I would not be surprised the "steak" sample just disappears and Justin left hanging out to dry... Based on the bizarre and shifting alliances in this Study that are public...I am not happy at all. But, if she delivers as promised.. I am OK with that...just the paper please.. Dr. Ketchum, it may be that you can only hear the din on the net, or Paulides? So? Can't you hear the real concern? I won't be back on this topic today... I have lost my patience!

Lol, I was in my truck driving, and realized I'd typed 'socialist' when I should have used the other 'ist'. Sorry. But if you say he'd be more upset at being called a socialist, I'll just stick with it.

You summed that up quiet nicely and saved me the trouble of typing the exact same response. You have my +1 for the day. And because it is FB, why bother? Edited November 30, 2011 by Jodie
Guest Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I have a very different word for him than all of those to be honest & it starts with a F, has 9 letters & ends with CAKE.. The holiday season's worst treat? Is that a bad word that we can't post?
Guest Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 NDA's that tie someone to anything illegal are illegal themselves! Poaching is illegal, and so forth.. I seriously wonder if her lawyer has updated his Professional Responsibility MCLE. Bingo! Dead On! And may I add that any such NDA would be "Void as against public policy." Any attorney that would write up such a document would be in breach of the Code of Professional Conduct.

Guest slimwitless Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 NDA's that tie someone to anything illegal are illegal themselves! Poaching is illegal, and so forth.. I think you should contact the authorities and explain you have reason to believe someone illegally shot and killed two Bigfoot creatures in the Sierras. On the off chance Parn is right about the DNA, be sure to include descriptions of the victims in case someone filed a missing persons report. I'd be interested in hearing how that goes.
Guest Jodie Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 As for the results for Justin's flesh, my only concern there is that the study won't be accepted and the initial testing results that said it was human would still stand. It's not his sample that was sent in that worries me, a small piece of flesh like that wouldn't necessarily mean he actually shot anything, even if that is his claim. It's what is in his freezer that I am concerned about, since it would be hard to explain how he and the driver managed to each have a sizeable hunk and the owner still be living. How big was it, a pound a piece? I forgot what he said he recovered. Was anyone successful in trying to buy a chunk of it? I don't know what is or isn't the best course of action to take. Should he keep the chunk for further testing and proof that it isn't human, or just chunk it in the river and say the whole thing was a hoax? I believe I would get rid of the chunk in the freezer and start hollering hoax. I hope he has good advice either way. I don't think he is lying about the basic story, and I don't want to see this turn into a bad situation for anybody.
