Patterson-Gimlin
Thanks for sharing. Just as expected mostly 7 footers. On 7/14/2020 at 1:25 PM, NatFoot said: Interesting! Very interesting. I wear the same size shoe as him.

A bell-shaped curve which is the result you'd expect in nature. It reminds me of Dr. Hennen Fahrenbach's foot-measurement study. The length, foot width, and heel width all produced a bell-shaped curve. That's a lotta work Giganto and thanks for sharing. https://bigfootforums.com/topic/74344-height-exaggeration/page/2/?_fromLogin=1

hiflier
Proportionally, it's pretty incorrect. Why does the 3 ft. difference in height from 7-10 ft look less than the 2 ft. differences of the rest?
Trogluddite
The one problem with "knowing" height from basketball or football players is that most of us only see them around other big guys (or big ladies if you watch the WNBA). I suspect that if you ran some of them through terrain that only allowed brief, imperfect "sightings" of them, you'd get reports of 8-9 feet tall persons.
Believer57
The Bighorn Dam Incident in 1969 has estimates for the Bigfoot to be from 12' to 15'. Five people saw it and they did a size comparison to a known human so the estimate is likely close.
