Just hypotheticals here, at 350f ft off of the valley floor with turbulent water making that kind of noise would you be able to hear anything above the water at that distance? It looks similar but train trestles all look the same for the most part. Is there a lower elevation crossing on that river, Something in the 80-100ft department?
