Estes Park Bigfoot Days - April 14 & 15, 2023

This one is coming up real quick. I've been to Estes Park before, when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park to the west. It would be a nice place for a Bigfoot Conference.

 

On the 14th is Bigfoot themed dinner, and you get to mingle with the guest speakers. For $90 a ticket.

The speakers will be:

- Dr. Mireya Mayor. The writeup says "Hailed as the Female Indiana Jones."

- Matt Moneymaker

- Jacob "Buck" Lowe and Jeff Headlee. It turns out these two are members of Mountain Monsters.

@OkieFootI guess you didn’t make it to the conference, or did you? Would sure like to hear from someone how the speakers were, since they are big names.

No, I didn't get to go. I would like to have gone; it's a very scenic area. And the air tram would be have been fun.

Estes Park is a cute little town. Home to the hotel from the Shining, The Stanley Hotel, which is gorgeous and a great reason to visit on its own. Great fishing, hunting, entrance to the rocky mountain national park, and just all around scenic place. A bit of a tourist trap feel to some of it, like downtown VA Beach, with fudge shops and t shirt sales.

 

Hell of a location for a symposium.
