Leaderboard

The last black bear we took was taken to a meat processor who made it into breakfast sausage. I don't know what they mixed in with it, but I thought it was great. Mrs. Huntster didn't. I also put one of the hams from that bear into the smoker for a few hours, then put it into the pressure cooker with mushroom soup. It was delicious, melted in our mouths, and she even admitted that it was good, but later made the same complaints. She simply demands the moose and caribou and rejects bear meat. It's a mental thing.
