Guest Jodie Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 I wonder why they don't let people stay at the Skinwalker Ranch for paranormal vacations? Like a Twilight Zone B&B..... It seems like you could really make some money doing that, of course I would pass on it. Glowing balls of light that turn your dogs into a smear of tissue and dire wolves walking up beside your car is just a bit much for me.
georgerm Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 (edited) It's a bit much for me..........................look at the people involved and their credentials. They have a serious interest in this land and hope they can determine what's behind all of these anomalies. BF is enough of a mystery for me for the time being.................................someone else can deal with orbs...........what ever they are. http://theshadowland.../ghost/orbs.htm Here is a short experiment that provides information about orbs...................the author is pretty level headed. Somehow all of this ties in with the ranch and a few BF sightings. Edited March 9, 2012 by georgerm
bipedalist Posted March 9, 2012 BFF Patron Posted March 9, 2012 Hunt for the Skinwalker was a great book. I like the parts involving anomalies where the sky appears to open as a seam when things begin to show like UFO's..... also the part where huge bulls are found packed so tightly in a trailer that it was hard to extricate them with the trailer doors latched (and maybe locked). All pretty entertaining (NOT for the bulls I'm sure)..... the association of Bigfoot being seen on the ranch on occasion was interesting too. Also, heavy poltergeist activity had things being tossed around inside the ranch-house leading to some interesting scenarios. The authors have made appearances on C2C and those shows are worthy of a listen.
Guest Jodie Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 Couldn't check the link now George, since I am at work, but I read a couple of books about the skinwalker ranch. You could not pay me to stay there much less have me pay to have a vacation there whether any of it is true or not.
Sasfooty Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 BF is enough of a mystery for me for the time being.........someone else can deal with orbs...........what ever they are. Georgerm, if you are going to deal with bigfoot, you will eventually realize that orbs are around, too. They seem to go together. The best thing about orbs, it that it's easier to get a picture of them. I have noticed that they clear out after the first couple of shots, though, so I guess they must not like it either. 1
georgerm Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 Well Jodie, you read the book and I just heard about this a few days ago. So far, only cows and three dogs have been harmed, so what ever is there seems to spare humans. Would like to know if the researchers are still there, and if they have any new reports. Might be a base for UFOs out there in the desert. We want to "know" and sometimes we just don't get to...............for the time being. We would like to know whether it's real or fiction writers at work. Video of the ranch below.

Sasfooty, I've twice had flashes of light (similar to a camera flash) concurrent with suspected BF activity. These we plainly visible to the naked eye. Are the orbs you're talking about visible without a camera or do you only see them in the pics later?
bipedalist Posted March 9, 2012 BFF Patron Posted March 9, 2012 If you go on youtube you will find that many a "ghost hunter" attempts to get close to the Skinwalker Ranch...... there is heavy security there and they are usually escorted off the property with extreme prejudice. I don't think there will be any tours of Skinwalker Ranch on the vacation docket anytime soon.
Guest Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 Ancient Alien shows have always made some sense to me, Bigfoot could fit in the theory.
bipedalist Posted March 9, 2012 BFF Patron Posted March 9, 2012 This Link shows some of the NIDS board members and how they relate to various caretakers, security and other entities/organizations.
Guest Jodie Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 I believe Steve Kulls did a two hour show on the four corners area a few months back. Lots of video, clear slime/jelly on fences, livestock that had been drained of blood, a rabbit missing its skin, all kinds of weird stuff.....isn't that close to the skinwalker ranch? I tried to figure out which show so I could link it but it just has them listed by dates.
bipedalist Posted March 10, 2012 BFF Patron Posted March 10, 2012 (edited) Location is opposite end of state from 4-corners: Uintah basin, Utah and the Ute Reservation is N.E. notch of Utah pinned under Wyoming and extreme Western CO (in between Roosevelt and Vernal). The camera sees a lot more of them than I do, but I'm gradually acquiring an eye for them. The translucent ones don't show up, but lately, I've been seeing a lot of the balls of light, which are totally different. There are also little sparks of light that are pretty easy to see.
Guest Jodie Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 And I get is a flying amoeba..................
Sasfooty Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 Start going out at night & taking pictures, Jodie. You get the best stuff just before a storm & when the BFs are close.
