West Virginia 1850 - Wildman Sighted near Halltown

[Trogluddite]

At the time these articles were published, Halltown was still in Virginia.  The first article was published in The Sun of Baltimore (MD) on September 28, 1850.  The second, longer article was published in the Shepherdstown Register of Shepherdstown (VA at the time) on October 1, 1850.
