Pennsylvania 1971 - Bigfoot Bombards Hikers with Boulders

This article was published in 1974 in the Bel Air (MD) Aegis, but the primary incident described occurred in 1971.  Bob Chance, the teacher interviewed, was an early researcher on the east coast.  His name can be found in John Green's database and other historic newspaper articles. 

 

UPDATE:  A new article, below right and published in The Aegis on January 17, 1974 makes clear that the 1971 encounter occurred in Pennsylvania, not Maryland.  It also discusses suspected Bigfoot activity in western Pennsylvania.
