New Jersey 1894 - Wild Man Seen Near Dover - Tirademan!

I found two articles on this.  The short story is the one Tirademan posted in the Northeast Sightings forum; it's moved here for easier location.  The long story (a faded newspaper, unfortunately) was printed in the Erie (PA) Lake Shore Visitor on January 11, 1894.
