International 1832 - Upright Hairy Beast Seen in Nepal

B.H. Hodgson, Esq., C.S., published a tract entitled On the Mammals of Nepal in the Journal of the Asiatic Society of Bengal in 1832.  He first gives a description of the topography and climate zones of Nepal, then begins to enumerate the different mammals found in the country.  The clip below can be found in situ at https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.281603/page/n369/mode/2up.  This story is mentioned in SASQUATCH/BIGFOOT CHRONICLE & Other Unrecognized Relict Hominoids & Wild Men Earliest Reports to 1899 by Christopher L.
