Idaho 1867 - Soldiers Discover Large Footprints

Found in Ben Truwe's Southern Oregon History website and published in the Oregon City (OR) Enterprise on October 26, 1867.  After reviewing the facts of this encounter, I believe it is distinct from the newspaper article concerning the Indian named "Bigfoot" posted in this section earlier.  The two locations are about 100 miles apart and there is no mention of an encounter with Native Americans in this news article.
