Included in John Green's database as Incident #992455 and added to the Standardized Sighting Reports database by Forums member Redbone, this incident is included in a newspaper article published in The Daily American of Somerset (PA) on November 30, 1981.  The article also includes another encounter identified by John Green, Incident # 992473, from November of 1980.  That incident is also in the SSR thanks to Rebone's efforts.
