You see, Virgil was an avid fisherman, back then, and one day he had decided to go fishing at a nearby creek, with his friend, Johnny, at a runoff for the Columbia River, close to where he lived. After Virgil and Johnny arrived at the fishing spot they’d chosen, they fished for a while. All of a sudden, Virgil noticed that Johnny was staring, intently, off to his left.
