Dang it. Didn't know it was streamed. Is this still viewable Bill?

Hey Efrum...I think you can see it on Bigfootology.com. I haven't looked for it myself but I am told it is on there. Good luck! It is worth watching, especially John Green's speech at the banquet. Brought a tear to my eye.

Hey Bill, I think you found this link...thanks!

Here's Bigfootology's Facebook link where he's posting some interviews and conference tributes I believe.

There are a lot of photos out on Facebook from people who attended the event. Todd Hale has posted some good ones. It was a really great time!

I'll post a link to my bad photos when I have them uploaded.

Bob Gimlin addresses the skeptics in a custom knitted hat I designed and my Mom made!

Also me in a hoodie with the Summit logo I designed made by Brandon Tennant of Fallingrock Productions, and a couple more.

Adrian Erickson will be there. Those of us who live a gazillion miles away from BC will expect a full report next week from anyone that can go. :D

I full reported in the 'So, WHAT HAPPENED??' thread :D

Adrian... not the greatest speaker, he's still learning, that's ok. He basically said that THIS IS THE YEAR OF THE SASQUATCH!! it will be proven this year.

Now, not only did he steal John Green's book title with that statement, :D He better be RIGHT because he just promised the MAN, John Green HIMSELF, that he will get the answers to his lifelong search THIS YEAR, announced at a banquet in his honour!

So if Adrian is WRONG, he will have a seriously P'd OFF community of squatchers after him!

BCCryptid, thank you! It was certainly a monumental event and also fun into the night as you said!

I noticed that Tom just put up some more photos at his site too:

A bad view and short clip of a really cool dance and mask from 1935!

I'm sure others will post much better versions in the near future...

I wasn't happy with the Stai'lis sasquatch mask, WAY TO QUATCHY! (the Olympics mascot) I really hope they didn't do that because after watching the Olympics, they think most whites think the sasquatch looks like him, and they were just trying to relate! Or perhaps they don't want to terrify non-native kids?

The haunting repetition of 'saaaas-quec, saaaas-quec', .... still echoes in my ears though, creepy...

Did the Stai'lis say the mask and dance was from 1935? Is there a better picture someone can post? It was hard to see and I'm very interested in what it looked like. Thanks!

Kathy, someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they said the mask was from 1935 (or was last used in 1935) until 2010 when they did the dance...and then again in 2011 at the Summit. I don't think they said the dance was from 1935.

Here's a full version of the song, and a somewhat closer view at the 53 second mark, which I took these screenshots from...http://www.youtube.com/user/BelieveItTour

I think several people got some pretty close-up shots...you may want to ask Chris Murphy if he got any.

Great pictures! I love the drum. It's nice to see such a young dance group. I wish I could have been there.:(
