Guest ZeTomes Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 (edited) I don't believe in Bigfoot, I'm fond to its existence. But more important, I'm convinced in terms of probabilities that there are certain geographical features and locations that may hidden certain habitats adequate for some unknown primates species. Guest Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 7-1/2ft tall. The full body dimensions were analyzed and found to be at non human proportions where a person could not have fit into the suit let alone be able to walk with that fluid gate. That plus the muscle group movement during it's gate makes it highly unlikely to be fake. By who?
Guest para ape Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I believe because Native Americans saw the creature centuries before this country was settled and there are hundreds of sightings annually.
Guest Biggie Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 By who? I have seen over time that some scientists believe this after analyzing the footage but I don't keep a list of them to show anyone. I don't memorize everything I see about bigfoot like some do since I don't care to debate or try to prove to anyone that bf exists. I just express my beliefs and leave it at that. You'll just need to research that yourself if you care enough about it unless someone else here wants to help you with that, and btw I don't say that to be abrasive and offensive to you or anyone else here. That's just my modus operandi.
Guest Biggie Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 (edited) I'm neither a believer nor a non-believer. I'm a fence-sitting asshat who's been following this mystery for nearly 4 decades. RayG lol Funny description and avatar. That height estimate was from the bf show last year where they surveyed the land with a laser and calculated the height based on that and the camera's mm setting. I don't remember the show or who the people were so anything beyond that I couldn't answer. Edited July 28, 2011 by Biggie
Guest Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Even the BF believer experts, sweaty and bill, believe patty to be max 6.5 feet. So I'm just curious as too which scientists you are referencing when you say 7.5 and outside the human range. If you are simply stating an opinion that's fine, but that came off as a fact and when I asked you to back it up you just beacame upset.

The topic is why someone believes or not in Bigfoot, NOT prove everything you say with facts. A belief may be fact based or not, it's a "belief", the same goes for those who don't believe. No one is obligated to volunteer more information than they chose to. Now, back to the topic at hand. Why Do You Believe, Or Not Believe, In Bigfoot?
Guest ZeTomes Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 (edited) Topics are also meant to be discussed despite their content. Despite believing or not believing there are common points to be discussed. The consistencies of each opinion are subject of very interest. Edited July 28, 2011 by ZeTomes

I think the topic of "Why do you believe or not believe in bigfoot" was being discussed rather well without picking apart the reasons for the beliefs of another. If I say I believe in BF because the water in toilets flushed in Australia spins counter clockwise, this thread isn't the place to debate the accuracy of my toilet spin theory, because it derails the thread. Start a new thread in the general section on "Common misconceptions on the effects of gravity on water drainage spin in the Southern Hemisphere" & we can debate it all day long!

Guest Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 I believe BF exists because ice cream melts in the sun.
Incorrigible1 Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 I believe BF exists because ice cream melts in the sun. Please don't patronize. You are posting upon a bigfoot forum, it's not as if you're taken by surprise.
Midnight Owl Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 In 2003, my son and I had a large object tossed at us while night fishing along a remote creek bottom. The creek and surrounding area was clear for at least a 30 yard radius. A cinder block sized object was a might big for even Brett Farve to throw. That tweaked my interests and I began my quest. In 2009 I finally saw a Bigfoot staring at me, it was peeking over a bush at about 150 yards. I had binoculars right on him for a time until trying to walk closer to him. Walking in the woods and brush with binoculars doesn't work very well. Just over several months ago, I was approached by a family group of five, one of which was 15-20 feet from me. Seeing is believing. They do walk among us.....
