Guest
New incident, want some feedback. Open range all around with lots of cattle. Had a HUGE, 500 ft dust cloud blow, a mile south, indicating possible cattle stampeed, middle of the day, very unusual. Not even sure it was cattle, but never seen a dust cloud like that before, huge. Area is near and am all around National State forest, as in something could hide close by. Bear, lion, coyotte abound. Late October. Something could have stampeeded the cattle, but in mid day? Bear cavorting from one place to another might have spooked em, if it was cattle? SWWASAS Posted December 6, 2015 BFF Patron Share Posted December 6, 2015 Does not take much to spook cattle. All you need is one cow to see something strange or different and the whole herd takes off.
Guest
Yea, but this was a HUGE dust cloud, which could have come from the dirt road. I've spooked them, or try to and they don't stampeed. This was an anomally. Could have been a bear chasing one, but it was mid-day. Could have been a juvi something else chasing some for the ''fun'' of it.
