What if this what if that..

MIB..notwithstanding....the notion that an 8ft Primate can exist in Alpine and sub arctic climates is challenging at best.

We need the  remains or a live creature. Until that time comes..we have?????

I have explained my position and points to the extent that I feel comfortable with respect to the forum rules. I feel satisfied that I have given your requests due diligence to a point of conclusion here. If you would like for me to personal message you further information that would not be subject to the rule set that could be more direct in this regard I would be happy to do so. I have been very open with others with regard to my research when the rules here prevent me from laying it all out. You will let me know....

If it is the rules that prevent you from being more explicit, then I would be interested to know what your actual beliefs are.  I would warn you that I am very unlikely to agree with them, but I would certainly be interested to hear them by PM.

Back in the 80's I believe, I read a fictional book. The book was horror/sci fi...

What they had begun doing was breeding with humans they kidnapped. They kept men and women in pens deep underground where they would force them to mate with the wild species.

It was weird because sometime the child born would pass for human, while other times the child born was too beastly looking.

Someone with a background in horror literature would recognize this as a variation of H.P. Lovecraft.

Now for whatever reason, a lot of skeptics bring this book to mind and have been for quite some time. It's almost as if some people resist the existence of BF as if their lives depend upon it.

My life has never depended on the existence or lack thereof of bigfoot. My life similarly does not depend on fairies, aliens, ghosts, the Bermuda Triangle, the Philadelphia Experiment,  time travel, magic, or Arabian Nights being based on fact instead of being a collection of stories.

Also, concerning BF and our government, It screams loud and clear that some agency in our government know plenty about squatch! I'm referring to all the sightings and reports.

Actually, this claim reminds me of Horton Hears A Who where Horton insisted that an entire civilization existed on a speck of dust. Since this was a children's story, Horton was vindicated. Real life, in contrast, requires a higher standard.

BF would have had to follow man across the Bearing Straight 15K years ago to be present in NA.

Yes?? It didn't spontaneously appear in NA from some funky mating.

SO>>> Do Ya think that's what happened guys?

If you say yes..you have a problem..if you say no ..you have a problem.

Yes..is a problem because any PRIMATE OTHER THAN MAN could not survive that migration. No fire ...no adequate shelter....no protection from cold..no weapons to hunt.

No is a problem because they couldn't spontaneously appear in NA .

Have a nice day

Similar lists could be made for angels, demons, sun god, trickster god, leprechaun, ghost, world tree, etc.

A more logical conclusion to a worldwide Bigfoot is a shared myth hardwired in our brains like all the other similar themes and characters that are repeated in folklore around the world.

ronn1, how do you know they couldn't survive crossing the Bering strait ? How do you know they needed shelter, fire , or weapons ? They don't seem to them today. Explan that please.

The Bering straight conditions were much different then than you might imagine them, and the land "bridge" was more like a lump of habitat persisting several thousand years, from Asia to the Americas.

The habitat was exploited by game animals such as Elk, which were then exploited by humans, and possibly sasquatch...

The way most people talk of it, it's like the story of Moses crossing the red sea, like the ocean temporarily retreated for a short while, leaving a sandy wasteland which was crossed by a mad dash of heroic settlers, who had to pack up supplies and plan for a long harsh trip... no.

Interesting... sometimes we can trip right over something profound without even knowing it.

Phaige, don't you know?

James Randi has declared that there's no such thing as angels and ghosts.

After all, Doug Bower and David Chorley claimed that they had hoaxed all 2000 + of the Crop Circles in Great Britain since 1978, even though they could not replicate and therefore demonstrate their claim.

So case closed!
