JDL
I think this section of this very forum is a must-read to gain a true historical perspective. http://bigfootforums.com/index.php/forum/116-tirademans-historical-archives/?prune_day=100&sort_by=A-Z&sort_key=title&topicfilter=all
Rockape
^Agreed JDL, but that is a premium section, only premium members will be able to see it.
JDL
Perhaps we should provide Premium section candidates with a list of content that they can gain access to through membership., or do so more regularly and through PM.
Trogluddite
^^^^^ I believe they can see it (the premium content) but can't click on the link ... it's been awhile since I was a newb ... or noob ... however you choose to spell it.

Good idea. I'll raise the issue with the steering committee.
Hammer102492
I saw this thread again and a thought just occurred to me. You know, from getting to know this great man just a little bit, and from talking with his close friends, I think that this experience really didn't change him. He's still the same cool ass guy that he was when he went out there, hiking in the mountains with horses, looking for tracks. I heard that he recently went on a primitive wilderness trek out west with a few close people. He's 82 years old! And still doing what he loves. Sure the film changed his life, but he's still the coolest cowboy I ever met. Handsome too. -------------------------------------------------------------- OOPS! So embarrassing! I accidentally posted to the wrong thread. I thought I hit the Gimlin thread. Sorry about that! Well, good luck to the students. Best source of information in my book, is Mr. Bob Gimlin. Thanks, good luck and sorry to interrupt! Hammer Edited May 29, 2014 by Hammer102492
