Woodslore
Given the rate at which evidence or so called evidence is brought forward, it got me thinking. I mean we have seen blobsquatches, fake tracks, human screams and guys/gals in suits. So I put forward this question. What is the worst evidence you have seen? I mean that you during investigation have come across or people have past onto you. Thought it could be fun given the tension that can sometimes come about to just sit back and have a good laugh sharing the worst we have all seen. Guest
IDK, I've seen a lot in the "misidentification" department, the imagined faces in bark, the rootball sasquatches, the squirrel midden that was done by sas, the deer poop that was sas poop. One of the worst of the worst though was the BBC "recreation" of the PGF,

Guest JiggyPotamus
98.2% of evidence. And I'm being gracious with the 1.8% credit. I really hope you are not referring to the overall evidence available, and instead mean only the evidence that you have personally acquired, because a large percentage of the video evidence alone cannot be positively identified as hoaxes. Or to phrase it another way, there is a large percentage of video evidence that depict either a man in a suit, or an authentic bigfoot, yet there is no way to make an accurate determination in either way. While I do advocate dismissing video evidence of this nature, I find it illogical and quite frankly unfair to lump these types of videos in with hoaxes to such a degree that you refer to them as the "worst" evidence you've ever seen. Even accounting for the subjective value of the term "worst," I still find it difficult to believe that anyone could arrive at such a conclusion while retaining any objectivity. If on the other hand you just happened to personally receive some of the worst evidence available, for instance those videos that contain enough information to label them hoaxes with 100% certainty, then I suppose I can understand. That is unfortunate for you however, considering that it is unusual for a random sample of sasquatch video evidence to contain a large percentage of obvious hoaxes. That is not to say that all are legitimate or authentic, but instead it is usually impossible to make such a determination. To answer the OP's question from my own perspective, and this is not in reference to evidence I have personally obtained or received, but to the aggregate of available evidence, I too would have to conclude that the worst evidence I've ever seen is definitely certain pieces of video evidence. Yet these horrible, and obviously hoaxed videos, probably make up somewhere between 20 and 50% of all available video evidence. Terry
There's a "doctor" who goes out to some secret spot and puts out food. The next day he shows everything that was disturbed and tells why it was a bigfoot clan including bf babies who did it. Of course every once in awhile he sees one. He even involves a little kid in his fantasies... In my experience, that guys the worst! t.

CMBigfoot
Woodslore, I've had a guy tell me that the marks along his dust covered truck was from a bigfoot that walked by his truck. Then I showed him the limbs he just drove by that scraped his truck. I've had a couple of guys tell me that a bigfoot had broken off some trees up a trail. When I took a look at them. I found the pellets still in the trees and the shotgun shells off the trail. I've had a guy tell me he heard a bigfoot beat its chest. We went to the location and both of us heard the sound. He asked me if I heard it? I told him it was a ruffed grouse drumming. He didn't believe me so I ran in the direction of the drumming and a ruffed grouse flew away. I've had people tell me that owl and nighthawk vocalizations were from a bigfoot. I have a CD of North American owl vocalizations that I played to this one guy to prove to him that Barred Owls make more vocalizations than the familiar, Who Toots For You, Who Toots For You All! call. Guest
Heh, barred owls have freaked me out, I get some off program "whoo WHOO de whoo" close by, then jump, then process, click click whirr whirr, then remember "barred owl" then breathe again. Woodslore
I will say the worst I have ever seen, was actually something I heard. on a recording of a "howl" you could hear the guy cough after and faintly whisper " I need some water man". Laughed when I heard it. Guy who recorded it told me now you know why people don't take this seriously.
1980squatch
Considering classes of evidence, I agree about the audio tending to be weak. Also stick structures and tree breaks. Some of such evidence is probably genuine, but the proportion of that to reported is likely very small. Evidence I am most likely to find genuine are sighting reports. Guest
A single chirp or holler wouldn't do it for me. I would say a combination of stick formations or alleged nesting spots with some other interesting findings such as footprints, scat, bones, vocalizations or unexplained sticking at routine intervals would make it more compelling …. The more findings the greater the odds are you’re on to something. Learn to trust your instincts, it doesn't mislead you. When you're close your physiology will change.
