Most don't to prevent spammers from taking advantage of that information. She opened the first e-mail and I saw that. Maybe a quarter of the e-mails I send don't report back but the rest all do. But I'm probably the only person left with a Juno account and I don't use it to send e-mails I want to track as the app doesn't seem to work with Juno.
