It can be dangerous in the Pac NW without cork boots.

End up with a stob in yer rear.

Even more dangerous when you come upon steaming bear scat in the snow, thought those tracks looked too fresh!💩

That’s almost exactly what Byrne wrote. In fact, he said that the jump from one log to the other appeared impossible without cork boots.

Could you imagine attempting the feat with stompers strapped on!?

Now with a mid tarsal break would that not make their feet flexible so that it would wrap some what on the tree laying on the floor. The same goes with them stepping and the way they walk through the forest with that flex. Now I have seen some tracks and they just seem strange to me on how they step. It is not like how we would step. It would seem that they would have more flex on climbing trees as well as walking up right. As far as there being snow on the falling trees on the ground I would think that you would see some type of slippage on those trees. Yet none and still they have their balance as with Humans not so well depending how big the tree is. As for my self I sure as heck would not chance it for the case of a broken ankle or leg or getting my leg getting caught stuck between two trees in the case of slippage.. Just will not risk it alone or with my son in back woods.

Can’t happen. But don’t try to tell a skeptic or “scientist” that......

Literally! Patterson Gimlin is a 7 footer!

I want him for a month and run a whole bunch of experiments!

Step here, jump there, straddle that four strand barb wire fence!

If you try jumping from one downed tree to another several feet away (both covered with snow) with some sort of stompers on, or walk a few miles in snow through the woods in bare feet, I’ll bring the trauma kit and do my best to patch you up.

Best part would be hanging out with you. A man's man. Perhaps we might even stumble upon the creature. You shoot. I Will drag my distant cousin out.

I have seen this video

Not impressed. No one has been there and yet they are there filming

Soft snow. Easy to fabricate.
