Howdy, I'm based in Sacramento, California and try to get out to the Sierras when I can. I've heard a couple wood knocks but have never seen one of the big guys. I grew up with Finding Bigfoot and have in the past year or so gotten back into researching and have heard a lot of good things about the BFF. Hoping I can get some tips on where and what to look for.

hello. i fell down the Sasquatch rabbithole a few months back and am looking to learn more about Sasquatches. The Bigfoot subreddit has really gone downhill so I'm hoping this forum will lead to more learning :) Happy to be aboard!

Hello Bigfoot Forums,
I've had many outdoor hobbies my whole life and always enjoyed my time in the wilderness.  Been interested in sasquatch since seeing the Patty film at the theatre in the 70's.  Then in my early teens me and my cousins on a family reunion on our 100 acre property in northern NH came upon a single footprint in the mud as we were on a hike on a logging trail on the property.  The odd thing was that it was the size of and looked exactly like a child's footprint.  No other prints in the dried up puddle where we saw the single print.  There were 5 of us and we turned and headed back to the cabin without any discussion.  We didn't bring it up to any adults when we got back.  Nothing else ever happened again but absolutely piqued my interest.

I have been a researcher since 2008, mostly spending time out in the field in Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. I had my first very good sighting in 2013 and since then have seen 2 more with more silhouettes and so-so sightings than I can remember. Definitely bring alot of good methods and ideas to the table that I haven't seen anyone else try. I am looking forward to networking with other researchers and figuring out new things to apply out there.

Hello and thank you for letting me join. Hello-

I’m just an enthusiast who believes in Bigfoot. As a hobby I’ve listened to/read/watched thousands of encounters and videos/pics and I’ve formed my own opinions of what I think it is. I look forward to reading posts and comments from others who know far more than I. Thanks in advance for all the interesting discussions here!
