Welcome SilverPine.

As you mentioned about Illinois and BF activity, I had looked one time at the BFRO geographical database and was surprised to see Illinois was one of the highest ranked states for number of BF reports. It had more reports than Oregon.

I was surprised as well! After an exploratory mission to the area, and hearing about a couple of the local legends, I had to check out the accounts on bfro. It sounds like the BF out in the heartland have the reputation of being more curious/aggressive than their Northwestern counterparts. We shall see!

Thank you all for the warm welcome!

Hello.  I have had an interest in bigfoot stories since I was a young boy. I find this to be a fascinating topic and am looking forward to reading the content on this site.

Welcome cannoneer017.

Whenever you have spare time, older threads are a good place to look through. You'll find a lot of different topics discussed in them.

Hello,

I am from the driftless region of southwest Wisconsin. I have been extremely interested in Sasquatch since I found some very large and interesting foot prints in the snow in the woods behind my house when I was 12. Thank you for letting me join. I look forward to reading others experiences.

Welcome, CobraCommander. Did you measure or take pictures of the tracks? Maybe not, as kids may not have the support or suggestions from others, especially adults. It would be great if we could get kids interested in Bigfoot and their parents supportive of their interest. Even skeptical adults could provide the tools for an inquiring mind.

Welcome to the Forum, CobraCommander. Although it may have been a while, can you remember any particular detail(s) about the prints that stick in your mind, aside from being very large.

Wolfjewel makes an excellent point about how it would be good if kids would become interested in the subject of Bigfoot so it's great you developed an interest in Bigfoot after seeing some very large footprints at the age of 12.

There has to be a catalyst to get things started.

Hello, I know sasquatch is real. I love hearing reports, learning about evidence to try and put the pieces together about these mysterious creatures. Excited to be here.

Hello from Indiana! My husband and I saw Sasquatch in 2017 in Arkansas! Got a very clear sighting of it! Ever since I've had so many unanswered questions! It basically changed my life seeing that thing! I'm not here to make fun or be made fun of! I just want to know more!
