He is desperate to offset his own field research expenses. It is obvious he cares about protecting the species. No one would go through the trouble of filing a lawsuit otherwise. He seems to be in his own bubble of truth and non-truth. He uses one of the fake photos on the front door on his web site: https://toddstanding.com/ and in other places. Once in a while I will check in on his YouTube live streams, which has an audience of Discovering Bigfoot watchers who may not be fully aware of his checkered history as a researcher. He is boring now. Without his location, he is just wandering the woods. Now he found some athletic, east european woman to be his assistant so maybe that is the draw for viewers.
